We havent really played a team with gaurds and wings determined to get to the rim. So far through 3 games we have struggled to stay in front of people, way too many guys in the paint. Wade/butler/rondo will be attack and have looked to have great chemistry so far.
also, rondo in the pick and roll. Delly killed us with it vs milwuakee and overall we have struggled to gaurd screeens. its going to be tough.
on the flip side, brook always owns robin, so one of the few nights we can expect brook to be aggressive, he is always motivated vs his brother.
Bulls D is tough, i watched the bulls celtics game and they switched everything and held their own. their gaurds/wings are big and strong and have the quickness too.
should be our best test so far.

The Bulls are surprisingly so far shooting 45% from three as a team which is 1st in the league. I'm more worried about our bench defending the likes of Mirotic, McDermott, Grant, etc.

Rondo is maybe the 2nd best pure PG after CP3 and is so, so savvy. They have a better bench. On paper, they're a bad matchup. Nets will need to establish Brook and let him take it to Robin. Lin needs to start strong and keep the assists high like the last two games, but score in the mid 20s as well. Hope his jumper is falling tonight. RHJ just has to play better. He has to guard Butler or Wade effectively and have a better, smarter offensive game. Hopefully the jump shots fall from most of the guys, Harris, Bogs, Hamilton, if they hit their 3s, that opens up things for Brook-Lin. It's just defensively, even if the scoring is there, this is a veteran team with guys that know how to manage game situations vs. guys still feeling things out and getting used to a system and each other. I'll take a moral victory. Another competitive, game is in reach the last 3 minutes is success in my opinion. If there is no third quarter meltdown, that also is a move in the right direction.

Wade is great, no doubt about it. Even at his age.
But Rondo as a good PG? I mean, it doesn't take very much to look good playing with 3 future hall of famers. He is a pg cannot shoot. If I am coach, I would ignore him on defense and dare him to shoot.
Nets should do what they have been doing. Just keep on fighting.
As for Lin, please NO more jump into the mid-air and pass the ball. If you already in the air, just throw the damn brick up.
