I'm about 10 more games away from jumping on the bandwagon of blowing this roster up, John Wall included.

I'll be keeping a keen eye on Josh Jackson at kansas and Dennis Smith at NC State when college ball starts.

If we fall into a top 5 draft position then they'd be two players that could potentially be franchise type players depending on their year coming up.

He needs to deliver wins this season or we need to replace him with a new franchise player.

No, it's EG's fault

Not gonna happen. EG will trade every Wiz pick from now till infinity before he admits that he screwed up this past offseason (and his entire tenure with the Wiz). Not much hope for this team till he/Terd is gone. Sucks to not care if they win/lose anymore :(

From what I've seen of Josh Jackson, (who Maryland unsuccessfully recruited), he's a future superstar. He's considerably better than John Wall.

Actually, you haven't got the faintest notion what Tomas Satoransky can do as an NBA player, or how well he can do it. How would you have? Not you, not anyone.

But it would be nice to find out, wouldn't it?

You can say sure he has to adjust to the speed of the game, or the rules or the level of players hes playing aginst, or the 3 point line.
But I have watched hundreds of minutes of this dude playing in Europe. A high level European league at that. He has the skill and instincts to create his own shot, he can shoot, he can pass, he has great court vision. I can say he can do all of those things because he can . Yes he needs to adjust but if you have the skill and the athleticism with practice you will get the american game

Unless of course it turns out that you don't. We'll know when we know -- i.e. when he does it.

Until then, intensifying your expressions of certainty won't make anything more certain. Any more than crossing your fingers will. Here's hoping he plays a bunch of minutes tonight -- and does well right out of the chute.

PIF I completely disagree with you. But I think we can at least agree on the fact that he should be playing over burke and Thornton can we not? I fully believe that this should be a 3 guard rotation with burke and thornton filling in spot minutes for rest, not a 4 guard rotation with Sato getting garbage time.
