Well, we do get pretty energetic about shooting down bad ideas. That must be what he meant by terrorizing the board this season.
I assumed the intent was to continue beating the same drum, and so resisted calling the FBI about the "terrorism."
ad hominem attacks are not arguments my friend.
Um, that right there is what is called a joke. I thought the emoticons in the initial post gave that away? It's light-hearted and not intended as an attack at all. People kid around on here.
Thing is, most of us are totally convinced that you've made up your mind about KCP. You might be right that he doesn't work out as the Pistons SG. He does seem to want top dollar, and with this front office I wouldn't rule out a trade. However, everything we see says SVG really likes KCP as a team player. He plays a lot of minutes and there aren't much better indicators of a coach's approval than that? I said on another thread that I was glad the extension wasn't signed. Gives a longer evaluation period. I'm interested in seeing how he does playing with a more complete roster, and what additional maturity might bring. I'm not convinced the time has necessarily come to make a final decision on KCP.
You might be right that SVG plans to start RJ at SG. I don't know for sure that he doesn't. I suppose my main misgiving having to do with KCP struggling to guard some of the stronger more physical SGs. This kind of defense isn't one of RJ's strengths? Might we see that combination in some situations? I'd have to think that's more likely than RJ as our starting SG. Just my opinion. I'll offer you another, relax and don't try too hard for a chorus of "you're right." No one objects to an opinion here provided it doesn't get tiresomely repetitive. State your opinion and enjoy the banter on the board.
