Very hard choice. Vuc got the ball to go in the basket which was a massive pressure release for us in that 3rd quarter. Yet EP was the one orchestrating everything in that stretch and also put up good numbers and had that steal at the end. Can't go wrong either way... but you know I had to go with my boy :wink:

Elf. We don't win this game without Vucevic either. He was our only offense in the first half and was important during that third quarter run that got us back into it. It looked like overtime was our best case scenario until Elf came up with that huge steal. That's a big play when it matters most, and that is the deciding factor in my vote.

If you would have told me Vuc would have 24 pts 14 boards 4 assists 1 block and actually did a pretty decent job defensively on Embiid(considering everything), I would have said he was a shoe-in for the vest. With that said, I'm going with Elf. He was the catalyst for the huge run in the 2nd half and had the 2 huge defensive plays to win us this game.

Honorable mention to Serge too. He played good defense down the stretch and made the clutch FT's. Missed that wide open 3 in the last 5 minutes, but he was good offensively all game. Would like to see more than 4 boards though.

For the first time in Payton's history here, I actually felt good whenever he took a jumper.

That's huge. A lot of guys can't fix their jumpers. I'm cautiously optimistic that this continues on throughout the season and for the rest of his career.

Vuc or Elf. Should play through those two from here on out until other players can prove to play unselfishly and competently. I went with Vuc for this one... 8 shots made in the paint and 24/14/4 from a C is no joke.
