3-1 CLE in with the series lead. Come on boys one more! No time to rest or let up.

I still can't believe that the Indians are doing this without two starters. Amazing.

I can't say I agree with bringing Chapman for the 7 outs after an 8-out save. You're up 5 and a realistic Game 7 tomorrow. 2 on base is when I'd think about warming him up.

I honestly don't think it's a big deal, the adrenaline from a game 7 alone would likely make his 20 pitches tonight irrelevant. Although since the guy does throw over 100 essentially 4/5 of his pitches, that could make an issue. Although I do think it was a little silly letting CLE face him some more trying to get him down for a game 7, they could start picking him up better.

Tomorrow is anyone's guess, Kluber is the better pitcher, CLE has the better bullpen, Cubs hitters are starting to wake up and it's supposed to be warm again, good for their bats. We'll see what happens.

It's a bit of a wild card, but I don't know that you can say CLE has the better bullpen in a game where we can run out Lackey and maybe Lester.

Hendricks/Lackey/Lester/Montgomery/Chapman and Kluber/Shaw/Miller/Allen seems pretty even. I might even give the Cubs an edge for Hendricks being fully rested.

How do you factor Hendricks into the bullpen when he is starting?

And yes, seeing as Miller has just turned in a top 3 performance as a relief pitcher for the World Series, and how Allen has been just as good, the Indians have the better bullpen. I don't think anyone in the country would take the Cubs pen over Miller and Allen, especially since it appears a lot of people perceive Chapman was misused last night and it might bother him.

Seems pretty simple to me, CLE has the pitching advantage tonight and home field advantage, Cubs have hitting and perhaps confidence advantage. Games probably a toss up

And this is why you don't bring in Chapman last night.

6-6 tie in the 9th inning. Sucks for the loser.

Cavs fans have been laughing at Warriors for blowing a 3-1 lead for months and now the Indians do the same.
Im glad the Cubs won, hopefully Steve Bartman is now finally forgiven by all Cubs fans who thought he's to blame and hopefully he's somewhere celebrating the win.

Congrats to Cubs, that team is beastly. Might be one of the best teams I've ever seen when they are firing on all cylinders. 1-9 can kill ya, there is no safe zone. Chris Bryant is just a beast, he just doesn't get out. Amazing that CLE not having our best player, and 2nd best pitcher almost won it all vs this stacked team. It's a kick in the gut that we couldn't get it done, but I am so proud of how hard we fought. It had all the makings of the most intense game ever.

Just as the feeling for CLE when CAvs won it all, a massive load is off Cubs fans, feels good doesnt it? =)

That's crazy close, it would of been insane if they got the opponent right, but still incredible how many things they predicted lol

Congrats! I know the feeling. Im not a huge fan of baseball but Superbowl 48 was one of the best days of my life. Something I will always cherish. Ultimate euphoria. Enjoy!
