The Bulls were full of vets who know how to play and were sizzling.

It was the third game in four nights.

We're missing the vets Foye and Vasq.

I'd imagine Kenny figured pretty soon that we have extremely little chance to win and prefer to switch to developmental mode soon.

I think Lin and Booker wanted to have a chance to show people what they can do, to start, to get starter money and to develop their game. They sure want to win too but that's not the main reason they signed here.

Remember that Lin/Atkinson article? Lin wants to be the best player he can be and it will take opportunity to fail and good coaching. He gets them here. Again, IMO Lin fans should support Atkinson at this stage as much as possible. No Atkinson, No Linsanity.

Yes hopefully Whitehead can hang onto the ball tonight. SKil should definitely play backup pg in Vasquez and Foye's absence but Kenny will stubbornly try to develop Whitehead in a position he has no talent for. With luck this may not cost us the game.

i missed whitehead game vs bulls, was he trying to force too much? im sure he will be more wary this game . i dont mind giving whitehead some time at point guard to see how he does and develop.

They kept stealing the ball from him. Then he kept forcing and missing every shot. He set no one ups and had 3 fouls in about 10 minutes. He's done this thru summer league, preseason and regular season. He is completely not NBA ready and I have serious doubt that he ever will be. According to NBA advanced stats he is one of the wort players in the NBA

Rondae is almost as bad by the way.
