When we finally saw KP showing signs of life during the blowout, this fool calls his own number 2 straight times and turns it over both times.

He needs to be the 6th man

Knicks City Dancers did an amazing routine to Prince's "lets get crazy." Best part of the night.

If it makes y'all put things in perspective a bit more, the previously undefeated (3-0 painted on a basketball in a glass trophy at the United Center) Bulls didn't do that well in Boston tonight. I'm sure half their board are back to believing that Taj Gibson is garbage and the team is headed toward disaster. Or if not, they will be panicking if we beat them Friday.

So let's look ahead and keep things a little chill.

I really could care less about the loss. I'm more worried with whatever the hell is going on with KP.

How does a slasher like Rose not shoot any FTs he should be there 6-8 times a game easy. Makes his game a lot more palatable

People fixating on KP's struggles on defense when Noah and any other big we put out was just as bad defending the pick and roll. The whole team was ****

He is the absolute worst.

Maybe if you didn't take every single shot when you're on the floor, folks would be in a groove and would feel like playing D.

It's no coincidence that our best and only good game was when this fool kept his FGA down and was looking for others n

Unfortunately this franchise will never truly rebuild. It's early but I don't think I see it with this team this year. If things don't get better by the all-star break, I wouldn't mind blowing this whole thing up.

That's because he is the 6-4 Amare.

It's time to let go of this dream that DRose can play PG for this squad

Small sample, but we're currently 27th in ORtg (99.05) and 26th in DRtg (110.88). For reference the Nets are 24th (102.60) in ORtg and 20th (109.46) in DRtg. I only compare to them because they also have a completely overhauled roster and a new coach. I have a feeling facing the Cavs and Rockets this early accounts for some of that, but right now we're atrocious on both ends of the floor. No point arguing over that. If the numbers stay the same after 20 games, then I would understand the Phil/Triangle roasting. His fingerprints are all over this roster.

Aside Anthony every single player on this team was hand picked by Jackson, not Dolan. So unless we are going with an "Anthony is the Anti Christ" argument. This team is all Jackson. Same way he should recieve praise if the team was successful, he should receive blame if it stinks. I would guess if this team was actually good that you'd be more than willing to praise Jackson really right? So why would you not want to blame him if they are no good,

what are you even talking about?
i'm not commenting on the team being good or bad. i'm commenting on the notion that offense is the problem. you could run rose/kp pnr all. game. long. and it will NOT CHANGE the fact that the knicks allowed 116pts and plenty of WIDE OPEN 3 point shots.

the offense has nothing to do with it and fools that comment "the triangle is killing this team" are idiots. i watched the same body language on different players the year the team won 37 games and missed the playoffs and that had nothing to do with phil OR the triangle.

HUH??? The Knicks inability to do anything on offense to put pressure on opposing teams absolutely impacts the defensive end. The notion that poor play on one end doesn't impact the play on the other end is just ludicrous. You talk body language. Why do you think that a team of offensive centric players have such poor body language? Because they are frustrated, confused, flustered on the end of the court that they are supposed to be better at. Absolutely it would impact them when they are on defense.

Why is this so hard to understand? When you with an offense THERE'S NO WAY you're going to overcompensate and on the defensive end. This offense has been killing flow since Phil arrived. What makes anyone think a team of scorers who are handcuffed by an antiquated offense are going to be able to tighten the screws on defense? Right now, we we expend tons of energy on on and offense that's become easy to defend. Then since the opposition has expended so little energy on guarding a predictable offense we're gassed and they've got reserves. Nevermind our coach playing plodding bench players over sparkplugs or putting our best shotblocker on the perimeter to guard the entire arc!! There's no way Jeff, Phil or Rambis ever considers defense cause all they are focused on is this motherf***king geometry!!!

The head of the snake is James Dolan. He has been the one constant in years of embarrassing play.

James Dolan didn't make the trades or signings nor put this team together. Blaming Dolan is just trying to find an excuse for Phil Jackson.

You're right but Dolan would never allow Melo to be traded because that would effect his bottom line. This is why the team never rebuilds. I hate to say it but unless Dolan sells this team, this franchise will continue to be mediocre.

I think Melo might be the most overrated player of this generation. The dude is not even a top 50 player in my book. His D is atrocious. A top tier player simply cannot be so one dimensional that his entire game is the mid-ranged jumper on offense and the entire rest of his game is a damn joke.

He has no leadership. No heart. No defensive awareness. He's lazy, calling for switches, leading to mismatches and other players covering extra ground. He's petty, allowing his bad defense to cause him to make horrible decisions on offense (aka hero ball). He does not create for others on offense. He does not penetrate. He can't jump. He shoots. He's a damn pitching machine with a jab step. **** this guy.
