5 1st round picks, in two seasons, **** all to show for. Saying this organization is dysfunctional is putting it mildly.
The owner is asleep at the wheel and the grand architect is clueless.
Leonsis has a chance to get it right this off-season, but if he fails, and more importantly, if Grunfeld remains in any sort of capacity this you might as well stick a fork in the Wizards.
