Artest expresses regret over Pacers ending

Post#1 » by basketballwacko2 » Thu Nov 3, 2016 5:55 am

Metta World Peace made what will likely be his final trip to Bankers Life Fieldhouse to play the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday.

World Peace said he won't ever recover from how his Pacers tenure ended, especially because he believed so many people in and around the franchise truly liked him, cared for him, tried to help him at every turn, but he didn’t do right by them.

I liked Artest and defended him against people who said he was nuts, even after the brawl. Then he comes out and says he wants to play for the Knicks and decided he wanted to run a record lable! That's when I said enough is enough. I hated him after that, he single handedly wrecked the franchise. He says he can't forgive himself for what happened, well I can see why, we could have challenged for the title that year of the brawl.

Now he calls himself Mega World Peach or some stupid crap, I wish he'd just go away.

If only there existed the medical knowledge and the time machine to transplant 36-year-old Meta World Peace's brain into 24-year-old Ron-Ron's head...Pacers might have an NBA championship banner or two hanging from the rafters.

Agreed. Although it may be just as interesting to put the 24 year old Ron Ron's brain in the 36 year old Metta's head! Lol
