My god, the refs were so one sided tonight. We got no calls on contact at the basket and they got every phantom call everytime. That PJ foul on AD was absurd.

I'm shocked they didn't throw Booker out for the AD flop.

The worst call to me was the Bledsoe offensive foul call that just so happened after the non-shooting foul they called on Tucker on the other end that did not send Davis to the line. It was probably the most important possession and had we lost the game it would be the play that I'd point to that turned the game. That and the one possession after a time out while we were up 1 that we got a shot clock violation. That can't happen.

But I think they waived him off very quickly tho, something is very wrong there.

Just look at AD's positioning in the TJ shot.
I dont think he's guarding no one by design

Give credit to PJ for that. He was smothering AD all OT

Of course Tucker played him very well, but u dont wave off your freakin' superstar so easily like that
Someone said on Twitter that AD took 1 shot in the last 10 minutes, this is ridiculous no matter how good he was being guarded.

But nevermind, we got the win! :)

If we win Sunday in LA, we have a chance to reach.500 in Portland on election day.

First, gotta take care of the Lakers!

No, but there was a near 9 minute stretch at the end of the game where he didn't shoot.

OT 0:38 Anthony Davis makes layup (Terrence Jones assists)

I finally shelled out 10 bucks for the 8 games a month since I don't think I can watch any more games a month than that.

No more buffering or sudden cut outs and I am pretty impressed by the quality of the streams, still I think the NBA ought to bring the price down further to around the 5-6 dollar mark which would make it reasonable enough for people that only watch pirated streams.

I wonder if the Lakers crushing the Warriors tonight will leave them overconfident. I don't think Walton will allow that.

I'd rather having them coming off a W.

They got their 1 good game in 10 games out of their system.

Well they are 3-3 beating the Warriors, Hawks and Rockets, and all their losses are on the road to Indy, Utah, and OKC. Their schedule has been tougher than ours.

They will likely be overconfident, but they are not as bad as people seem to think.

When I saw 16 notifications, I thought, what the hell is going on? Figured it was a bunch of reports I receive notification on in the Current Affairs forum about the election or some of the crazier team forums.

Yeah, I've been saying it since preseason. They are a lot like us, they'll lose some games late because of their youth but they'll be competitive most nights. I'd say they're slightly better than us right now but I'd flip the advantage our way if Brandon Knight gets abducted by aliens. And because of developing youth, both teams will likely improve more throughout the season than the average NBA team will.

The Suns weren't getting any calls tonight and still won! I gotta admit, PJ Tucker was key. He played great defense on AD. He couldn't even touch the ball! I was impressed.

Devin Booker, I love you.

I hate Friday night games, my girl is never down to just chill and watch tv/sports at my apartment. I rarely get to see them. I'm gonna have to find a way to rewatch this.

Judging by everything being said though, I wonder if Tucker should be made full time PF. Maybe even starting PF over Dudley?

So, doin' my BoxScore thing, and seeing they got 14 Blks on us compared to our two, by Tucker no less???

Warren shot horribly, I see, but when you come out of the game with 4 Stls, I'll be happy to overlook his 4/17 shooting, thankfully for us, he was fouled quite a bit and had a strong 9/11 FT shooting.

Chandler with another 18 TRBs, and Len also in Double Digits with 10 is nice to see, though his 1/4 shooting is both a good and bad thing to see--poor %, but at least it wasn't on Double Digit attempts, so I'm fine with that. Was that him showing restraint?? Plus, he was 2/2 on FTs, and I'll take the 100% FT shooting (albeit on 2 attempts) as well. So basically, both a good and a bad game for Len, it appears.

And Booker?? Wow. 38/4/3 night. So appeared to have a great game. Plus 9/9 FTs is nice.

It appears from the comments throughout the thread that Tucker manned up against AD very well...but...I hope that is not Watson's game plan from here on out, though.

And then, 'Knight fell across the land, and it was bad..' Seriously, though, c'mon...Knight has GOT to start playing better, right??

And lastly--sad to see the other 2 rookies not get any minutes. Hopefully, this doesn't last long...

“Tuck made an amazing pass and using his IQ, it was a last-second thing – a perfect play,” said Warren, who tallied 18 points, six rebounds and four steals.

“It just felt like we’re used to this,” Warren said. “We just got to play defense and get stops. We know we’re going to score. We’ve got scorers.”

“Too much focus on A.D.,” Watson said. “We’ve got to stay with what we believe in (defensively) and just keep building and do it better.”

Booker spent the fourth quarter getting booed for fouling Davis away from the ball on a play that was reviewed but not considered flagrant.

“I told (Davis) he overdid it,” said Booker, who said he was trying to stop him from getting to the post.

“I’m getting back,” Booker said. “My toe’s starting to feel better.

“My team has confidence in me to take the shot. If someone has confidence in you to take a shot like that, it makes it a lot easier on yourself.”

The Suns had lost their first overtime game at Oklahoma City but now have a two-game winning streak to take to Sunday’s game at the Los Angeles Lakers.

“We never hung our heads,” Watson said. “We knew eventually we would be in that situation again, and we were in the last two games.”

BTW. Len looked good last night. 4 points and 10 boards in 15 minutes of pt. If Len can just start playing like Chandler, I will be happy. I think the key is playing him LESS minutes, not more. 15-20 is about right. Then you tell him that he has to get every rebound when he is on the floor. Len seems to have a problem maintaining focus over longer spans. Some players need extended minutes to get into a groove. That is NOT Len. He needs less minutes with more focus and efficiency. He needs to simplify his game.

He does have to score more efficiently. That means taking better shots, not necessarily getting better at shooting.
