Our D# is terrible, some other posters think it's Ken N Jr. I'm not sure if it is entirely his fault or some of the blame goes
to the players. Hell I would even take a split 1-1 for the next 2 games.

Don't get too down on them. They've lost to two great teams so far. I think they have a good shot to win the next two though, TB and Jax are decent but I like Oakland in both of those.

Hahahahah yeah, just gets frustrating after 18? years this was the year with SO much hope so.
But yeah on the flip side 4-2 after 6 games? *Could* be worse right? Lol. 1 game/week at a time. We will see.
I still have faith/believe! Go Raiders go! :P! :)! :D!

I'm a die hard Broncos fan so the Raiders can get bent.

Having said that, they're good this year. Focus on that D this draft and off-season and they could be great

I think Tyrell Williams will step up. I can't see Jeffrey getting traded, though I'd welcome him. Chargers do well getting receivers who have shown talent but played with crap qbs, like Stevie Johnson, and like Travis Benjamin. And that one guy we had a year or two ago from KC (I think) who suddenly played much better than he had the previous couple of years.

thanks for the tip ! I looked into it when I read this post. picked up Williams in about 17 of my fantasy leagues and he is doing very well for me. Wish he would score a little more though.

Don't look now, but the AFC West still has a great shot to have 3 teams in the big dance !

Yes, I left him on the bench last night after having played him the last few weeks in favor of Allen Robinson who got me 0, and Terrance West, who got me 1. Luckily on that team I had Brady, David Johnson, Melvin Gordon, LeGarrette Blount, Delanie Walker and Matthew Stafford so am um 164-118 going into tonight, where he has CJ Anderson and Emmanuel Sanders. Would be nice to have that extra 14 or 15 point cushion heading into tonight.

I will say, if it's not going to be the Chargers, I much prefer the Raiders to the other two.

That is a huge game, I actually didn't realize that was this weekend. Really a pretty solid slate of games this week.

You could make a legitimate argument that those are all winnable games. Which means they probably go 4-4

Their schedule has been brutal. They were really only favored in maybe 2 games. I figured if they could go 4-4 I'd be really happy, and they played much better than a 4-4 team overall and still at 3-5, that's not bad had you just looked at their schedule at beginning of year. Saints and Jax at home winnable.

But Denver at home, and road games at Denver, Atlanta, Oakland, KC and Indy didn't look like easy games to start season. Still haven't lost by more than 8 despite injuries to 4 or 5 of their top 10 or so players and crazy losses.

They could go on a KC like run (of last year) because overall they have played pretty solid with more confidence that they will win in the last three games at Atlanta and Denver and at home vs Denver.

As a hopeful optimistic fan (at least until the games start), I don't think 7-1 or 6-2 are out of the question. 10-6 could get them in if they can take care of the AFC and especially remaining division games.

Those division games are crucial at this point. 6-2 with a loss to either KC or OAK would be a killer.

I think we win the next 4. Lose to Carolina, Oakland, beat CLE and then the KC game depends on if KC clinched playoffs and rests its starters or not.

Chargers are stuck in mediocrity and will get a crappy draft pick to boot.

AFC West has more wins than any other division.

Dominate division in the NFL. Well done boys.

Broncos @ Raiders Sunday night for division lead and huge bragging rights.

Go Broncos!

Took the liberty to compare them (so far and my projections) to the NFC West of 2013 and 14. AFC West this year has a good chance to be even stronger.

Image

Really legit conference we have here. Remember, NFC West used to be tha powerhouse with 3 straight NFC champs and a Super Bowl champion. Clearly, no longer a case since this season, 3 of 4 NFC West teams are below .500 at midpoint.

That's a strange projection for the Chargers given their brutal schedule to start including some extremely unfortunate losses and their cake schedule down the stretch. I mean look at their remaining schedule a few posts above. I feel they'd have to play extremely poorly to finish 500 or especially below that.

You guys worried about hosting the Titans this week? What kind of game do you expect, high scoring or low scoring?
