Their game plan was actually to try and run with Kentucky lol.

Well after hyping Rawle Alkins as an instant impact player he was the worst player on the floor for Arizona last night. Markannen was 3/4 from 3pt and 8/8 from the line. Other than him AZ will have outside shooting issues.

Should I be looking at centers or point guards in the mocks?

BPA, so probably a point guard. It'd be nice if a really good center emerged this year though.

PGs this year. 2018 will be a good year to get a big if you're near the top should be at least 3 in the top 5-8 with Ayton being the top talent.

Djedefre wrote:Until we have Fultz/Smith/Fox trading Bled does not make any sense. As said above, we could not acquire anyone better than him, it would be just a cosmetic change, while hurting the rebuilding process on top of that. When we draft ourselves a young PG of the future, then we should start looking at potential trade partners. Of course, unless we are shooting on bigs, like Bolden for example, because we gave up on Olexiy. I’m pretty sure that sf’s (Jackson or Tatum) are not of interest to McD with Warren looking like capable of being a starter already, and still improving.

The college season hasn't started yet, we have no idea how guys like Ball, Sumner and of course, Kentucky's combo guard Malik Monk! Then you have Ntilikina out of France as well, who could end up being better than any of them. His strengths look like exactly the type of PG we need.

I dont want to come off as "That Guy", but i prefer my PG's to be American raised.

Foreign players have a lot more to deal with when they come into the league. A new language, a new country, a new culture, all aspects that cause them to develop more slowly in my eyes, and things that really benefit american players, specially ones that run the point and are usually in charge of commanding and directing/leading a team.

Foreign PG's seem a lot less vocal to me, kinda soft spoken, and dont exude that charge or demeanor that i believe it takes to be a star PG. I think foreign players do have a much better shot at coming over to the states early and attending college for a year or two to help with the transition and to learn the real american way of playing the game of basketball.

When it comes to PG's in this upcoming draft, im gun-ho on Markelle Fultz. The kid looks amazing, and i cant wait to see what he can do in a more structured team orientated game. I also have my eye on Fox. The kid has some amazing talent and is coming from the Kentucky coach we all know and love. I see alot of John Wall in Fox and see a hybrid of Roy/Westbrook in Fultz playstyle & Skillset.

With that being said, currently i would take Fultz over Fox.

PG looks pretty deep this draft with Smith, Fultz, Ball and Fox. That French guy looks interesting as well.

Cant wait to see them play

Way to early though to proclaim all in on one certain candidate until we see how they play in college. I'd be surprised if the French guy doesn't know english, and likely well.

According to whoever Mike Rutherford is...but an interesting looking graphic on one page to scroll down through. Who is underrated and overrated in your opinion?

Shameful showing so far by the Cats
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.
