I think Bender should switch to Curry at the top... Durant did well last playoffs when he switched up top and covered Curry, made Curry adjust a bit.. enough to change his shots.

We are running our offense completely away from him
even when he's open in the corner, no one even looks in that direction haha

it's just sad

Lol we still have the second unit out with 6 minutes left in the game. Talk about an extended rest... They sparked that run tho

I was contemplating making an effort post on why we should trade Book. Crazy I know.

But I feel like the league-wide perception of him is way above what he can actually be. Just listening to the Dubs commentary tonight.

Offensively he could be incredible, but the complete and utter lack of defensive awareness is not something that you can learn quickly.

I think I may be jumping ship onto the Bender hype train, and riding it till it comes off the rails. Rookies that can play D have a soft spot in my heart.

He barely turned 20 and he has trench toe. He'll get better defensively. And probably offensively as well. Giving up on him way too early.

Treadmillin!

basically wins and loses unexpectedly..

But its OK as long as the youth are getting heaps of minutes.

Defensively, he needs to anticipate rather than react... its a common trait for good defensive players. Booker reacts to his opponents which means crafty and fast players will just burn him every time. He lacks explosion and athleticism to contest shots from a couple of feet away. But if he could improve his Defensive IQ... he might improve. I hope he can become Manu Ginobili level as a defender who defends very well because of IQ.

Regarding trading him... Booker and package for Anthony Davis!!!

Nobody is crying about Currys defense. Nash had sub-par defense too. Booker isn't getting traded though.

By no means am I suggesting we'd trade him because we are giving up on him. I just think there may be an opportunity to cash in because the league has a massive crush on him like most Suns fans did 6 months ago (and many still do).

They are points with transcendent offensive capabilities, Booker should not be mentioned in the same sentence as of now

Watson has no clue when to bring the bench out. Usually when the other team brings all its starters in is a good hint to do the same.

Nash in today's 3pt obsessed era would even be better than his MVP days... and Nash literally made the Suns a contender.
His defense is poor but his offense is best in the league if not top 3 back in the SSOL days.

Curry's defense is matador like... BUT... he is amongst the leaders in steals every season... so actually has good defensive skills and an elite reaction time.

When Knight was at the line, in my head I was thinking, Watson needs to get the starters in. Yep I was right.

^this. Where the hell is Bledsoe and Booker at?

Go with Bledsoe/Booker/Warren/Bender/Len or replace Len with Chriss.

Who are you getting at his age that has as much upside? You'd maybe get a former all star vet at most. Not worth it.

Do they have to play the worst possible music at these games? is it some kind of nba rule?
