Wow I didn't realize how athletic he was, plus his size and vision is excellent. Wonder how that shooting form is gonna translate to the next level though. I have no doubt Riley is really liking all the talent in the draft, since he wants two first round picks.

He said to David Aldridge
Well, right now, it’s talent. It’s not the same level of talent that we saw in Dwyane or Caron Butler, what we saw in Alonzo Mourning when we traded for 'Zo. It’s the raw talent that we can find. So talent is still, always and will forever be at the top of the list. So we feel that with Hassan, and with Justise and Tyler (Johnson) and Josh (Richardson), and some of the new guys who we got this summer, four or five of those young guys can create a nucleus. We have a pick this year. I have intentions, if it’s possible, to try and get another pick. And then we will have room. And so from that standpoint, you start making a plan and formulating what it looks like down the road, but you’re going to have to get some breakthroughs -- from Hassan, from Justise, from Tyler, from Josh. And then you’ll see where you go from there..

Less Athletic Penny or Athletic Jason Kidd. Potential to be something in between.

I give Josh Jackson a pass for the IU game because he was being guarded by a Pterodactyl for the last several minutes of regulation and overtime. Anunoby's probably the best defender in college; shooting form looks legit too. Won't be a superstar but will be a valuable role player. The Heat need a superstah doe, according to Charlie Barkley.

Do any Duke fans know why Harry Giles, & Jayson Tatum hasn't played in their 1st two games?

I get the partial complexion comparison feel when I see Jason Kidd. Especially athletic Jason Kidd which I believe I've seen a few times in Austin Rivers and MCW and a few others. But I like this dudes game, would be great to finally get a point guard prospect that we'd keep... Can't stand to see Tyler and Rich struggle to be
Last names like that one can't fail, man I don't know what it is but I like Monk
He could very well be a late pick in this draft

Tatum has a foot injury. Bolden has a leg injury. Giles donated his knees to science.

But then again i see comparisons of Durant, & Webber. So i really want to see him play for myself to decide what i think of him.
& i like the G Hill, Battier, Grainger comparisons for Tatum.
& i have no idea who Bolden is at the moment,

Everywhere i read people are making fun of Giles cause of his knees. lol

Trust me when you see Giles play you'll laugh at the Durant and Webber Comparisons. His offense is nowhere near that his offense makes Winslow look like Carmelo Anthony. Giles is an athletic freak and that has carried him so far thats why the knee injuries are concerning. Also not saying he cant eventually become a good offensive player but it'll take some time.
And for Tatum if he's GHill then it'll be a great pick but if he's more granger or Battier I don't know if I'd take him top 10.

I hope you are wrong about Giles for his sake.
Do you have any idea if they will be back for their match up against #7 Kansas tonight?

I hope you are wrong about Giles for his sake.& Granger was a legit allstar who played great defense before his injures. & G Hill was on of my fav players before him, & Timmy bumped knees together.

The reason I wouldn't want a granger is because I don't think this team with a prime granger is anymore than a 2nd round team but that's only based on today i don't know how Jrich and Winslow's development are going to play out and how free agency goes next year. Grant Hill was a superstar huge jump from Granger.
And nah Giles, Tatum and Bolden are all out from what i'm seeing.

Granger is not bad, specially when we also have cap space for other players. I like you would prefer G Hill but Granger is not bad. I dont want to jinks anything but remember that we picked Beasley with the 2nd when Westbrook was still on the board.
The good thing is we get to watch them play something around 20/30 games. + the tournament. Our scouting team should have plenty of time. So they better not get another lemon.
To be fair i didnt see Westbrook blowing up like he did either.

I was on the rose train too but I thought Westbrook was going to become a good player. Either way Beasley was still my 2nd choice

Love ESPN throwing the unlikeliest of possibilities together in the bolded portion. We'd have to swing something crazy to come out of the draft with that.
