Winning streak! But really let this guy rest for a while, heal his injuries and then come back when he's 100%. Maybe then we will see the good old Lance, not a guy who is only a shell of him.

Winning a game - especially against a depleted Mavs team - doesn't erase negatives that have been going on all season.

Its one thing to discuss the negatives in the post game thread and provide insight to the game... Its another thing to lead the post game thread with a title bashing a player on the team and only bash said player in the opening post...

Keep the criticism for in the thread...The leading Title and opening post of this thread was 100% negative against 1 player... No insight about the game...No insight on said player...Just "fk this guy, he sucks, blah blah blah" ...And this is our thread title/opening post after a BLOWOUT victory? Was there nothing positive at all to talk about?

yes the Mavs suck, Yes they were without Dirk...But lets not be 100% negative and completely destroy a guy who only played 15 minutes tonight in a game that we won... cmon now.

Not 1 positive comment in the entire opening post...And then to say Willy is better then Noah? They practically had the same stat line and Willy is no defensive standout either...

Willy 13 mins 4 points, 6 rebounds, 0 assits, 0 blocks 2-6 33% fg
Noah 15 mins 0 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists , 0 blocks 0-2 0%fg (so basically contributed on 4 points, same as willy, with the 2 assists)

Not making a comparison of the 2 players, they bring different things to the table...Im just saying... Bashing 1 player, then calling another player better after a game they put up pretty much the same stat line... doesn't make much sense to me. (yes stats don't say everything, yes Noah didn't have a good game.. im just saying)

Tired of all the negativity on this board. Cant even enjoy the 1 fking win we have. I really hope we end up living up to our potential, so I can start individually telling everybody to shut the fk up by the end of the season. Bunch of tank riding, negative cry babies. Save the tank talk for after the all star break.

You have to take the spacing in account as well. Noah hurts our spacing because his man just doubles KP or Melo.

P.S. The title is over the top anyway though. It could have said "We need to play more small ball" or something like that. If Noah will not have real impact on court because of his offesnsive problems, he will still be a good locker room impact and a really good mentor for both KP and Willy.

Noah can still be effective. Probably shouldn't play more than 20minutes a game. They way things are goings, Willy is going to steal his spot too. Took Quins spot already...better watch your back Noah.

fyi: isn't there a thread about the Posse thing already? (sorry if this comes across as backseat modding).

Relax with saying Joakim is hurting the team. It's the 10th game of the season. Just because Horny went with a lineup that worked out well last night doesn't mean it will always be like that. A good coach will make adjustments like this. Yes Noah is not a scorer but he never was. He gets his points off of put backs and tip-ins. His game is setting screens and setting up his teammates, getting offensive rebounds, defense, energy. Way too soon.

When teams go small, we have the option to go small. We haven't been doing that as much. It's killed both sides of the ball.

Noah is not hurting the team. He's just not the best fit in a lineup with KP and Melo versus a small team.

LeBron needs to shut up. He's reaching with this crap and it's pathetic. Getting offended because Phil said "Posse"? i can think of a word to describe you. Replace the "o" with "u" and the "e" with "y".

Most sensible people do not like the length of the Noah deal. It will be a nuisance at some point. 10 games in is not that point. He is healthy enough to play. Has tons of rust to shake off. New team etc etc. He is not playing like 2014 DPOY Noah...and probably never will again. It could be a huge bust of a deal eventually. Premature to say so right now.

Maybe we just wait 2 more seasons to sign Klay. Would only be 29. KP will be hitting his prime. Klay Klutch. Those two and some other nice young pieces, as well as Justin Holiday on a long-term deal, and then we're in gooooood shape.

Yep, I posted that in the LFT thread.

You think that might explain why he was off to a poor start? Ya think?

I guess due to the plantar fasciitis, he wasn't able to step behind the 3-point line on his shots :D

He added 20 pounds of suck in the offseason. Might have contributed to it.

Did he hit the weights this offseason bigly?

We all know Lance works his butt off all off season to improve his game. Maybe he did do too much and is now paying the price for it.

... or nah?

My feeling is that if the opposing team wants to double KP or Melo b/c Noah is on the floor, that should be great for us ... if Noah immediately runs to the basket. At that point, we should be able to pass the ball quicker than they can rotate and someone, if not Noah, should be wide open for a shot. We just can't hold onto it, tho.

^Noah is good enough passer and decision maker to be able to take advantage of that. Saw if once already. Guys sagged off him and he ran it to the rim for a dunk.
