Man that Kansas vs. Duke game last night was unwatchable because of the refs, I swear the whistle was blown every other possession on a ton of ticky tack fouls. Josh Jackson looked pretty good though compared to his first game, he played solid defense and is so lanky, athletic, and smooth. I still don't like his jump shot at all, but it was falling once he got into a rhythm. Can't wait to see Tatum and Giles out there for Duke.

Or his temper. That was pretty stupid, slapping that ball like that, especially in a game filled with whistle happy zebras. But yeah, he looked much better than he did against Indiana.

Yeah that's always been an issue. I thought it was something he corrected but if it's coming back into play it could be a factor. He does have a tendency to go borderline bratty on the court.

We all no we're drafting monk or fox, stop scouting anyone else.
I turned off the duke game after 5 minutes because of the refs, couldn't sit through that trash.

BPA regardless of position. Even SG.

I do need to see if that shooting performance by Monk was a fluke though...

I watched the second half of that Kansas Duke game through the espn/roku app no commentators camera angle above the shot clock. Very unwatchable literally

Jackson fouled out and needed a therapy dog to calm down on the bench

It's hard to watch this Kansas team, tho.
Oh boy... I hate Mason III and Graham too much.

I think you chose the "above the rim" version, I made that mistake with one if the other games on there and watched a half hour before getting sick of it and finding the normie version.

Lauri Markannen's stock is rising. I keep going back and forth between wanting another big like him who can shoot with upside and wanting another 1 or 3. Can Lauri play center at the next level? If so, I may lean toward's him, but his length and weight aren't ideal for the 5.

Can't wait for Suns getting 1st pick and then giving him 2 minutes per game.

I think he can, and he has the muscle to bang inside and rebound, but I'm not sure about his length, but Bender has length so if Bender can put on a little weight, I think the pairing inside could work very well, particularly since they can also both stretch the floor.

But there will be a lot of options. We can definitely find a PG I am sure of it. I'm surprised a guy like Anunoby isn't ranked higher also. Some other centers may rise though, like the following list, but I don't know about their strengths.

13.
Jarrett Allen C
Texas, Freshman
14.
Bam Adebayo C
Kentucky, Freshman
15.
Marques Bolden C
Duke, Freshman

Also, not sure we need a C yet. I'll still try to reserve judgement on Len, but I personally don't mind keeping Chandler around as a good vet C isn't a bad thing, and then eventually Bender can probably play some 2-3 years down the line.

Plus there might be some available via trade.

I like Markannen because it just adds more versatility. If we just have one of Chandler/Len focus almost solely on rebounding, then we could use that from them since none of the other guys on the roster possess that strength yet except Tucker who I can't see being around much longer.

Fultz with 35 points on 14 shots. Pray we get the top pick, he's the point guard we've been waiting for since Steve left.
He's not a Westbrook level athlete(who is?) But he's so quick. Great change of speed and direction, and finishes so well around the hoop. Best pg prospect in years.

Lonzo with 13/8/7 and 1 turnover. Living up to the Ason Kidd comparison I'm pushing with 4/11 from the field and 1/6 from deep. I like him more than smith and would take him 2nd to fultz for the suns.

It's weird having a PG strong draft/lotto. Gonna be even weirder in 3 years time when all these guys are banging down the door for minutes. The league is already so unbelievably stacked at PG.

Fultz appears not very interested in playing defense. He's pretty far behind other top PG prospects in the class when it comes to D, after this first few games.

Although it’s too early to draw conclusions, i picked up the impression that other side of the court is not so attractive to him. To say the least. First i thought i’m maybe overreacting, but then checked sports ref. and saw his drtg... Brrr...
