Eric Gordon, D'Angelo Russell, Zach Lavine, CJ McCollum, Rodney Hood, Khris Middleton. We need someone like that.

I'd also consider throwing a an offer at Jrue but only if he's willing to accept a lower usage role. I'm not sure what offers he'll get given that he hasn't been able to stay healthy the last few years.
I think Jrues people would be okay with this. No way he breaks the bank w the injuries hes had and he and his wife are friends with Zach Ertz and his wife who obviously lives in the area. Could be more reasoning to take some version of a "hometown deal."
I am ALL IN on getting Jrue. We have a medical staff that could really help him and manage his workload. Draft Fultz and start them together but also let Jrue rest some back to backs or 3 in 4s.

Fultz
Both? Jah/Noel (I think both will eventually be dealt), LAL pick, Sac pick, etc.... tons of assets to get one of those guys to pair with Fultz, Embiid, Simmons, Saric

In the right role Jrue is that guy as well

He's just a medicore shooter though. Not to mention his ball-handling/playmaking would be redundant with Simmons and Fultz.

He plays much better off ball than you'd think.

I'd love to ship out Noel and get WCS. Perfect backup to Embiid and under the rookie scale for three more years. Wonder what they would want?

Sure, and with Simmons primarily on the ball, a lineup of
Jrue
Klay Thompson (hypothetically)
Covington
Simmons
Embiid
would be great, with Jrue playing off and on the ball.
But a lineup of:
Fultz
Jrue
Covington
Simmons
Embiid
With Simmons primarily on the ball, with Fultz playing off and on the ball, and Jrue then getting little time on the ball, it doesn't make sense to have him over a true SG who is a better shooter.

36.8% career from 3 is solidly above average (NBA average is ~35.4 the last 5 years). I agree he's not the perfect fit because he'd be a little too ball dominant but if he'd be willing to scale back and function more off ball, it could probably work, especially because he's a plus defender.

Perfect candidate to me to start at the 2, but lead the second unit as a 1.

I agree with this though. Assuming we landed Fultz, I'd rather see something like...
Chalmers or Beverley
Fultz
Covington
Simmons
Embiid
Fultz would then lead the second unit and ideally we'd have someone like Norman Powell/Wade Baldwin/Pat McCaw rotating in. I don't think it makes much sense to speculate with Klay - I don't see it happening. Much more realistic to project with targets we can actually acquire with our assets.

I was looking at the combination of % and 3PA rate (23% for career). He would need to almost double that playing on a team with Fultz, Simmons, and Embiid. Make him the 6th man in that scenario. When you're already set with the 3 players who you will run your offense through, the 4th starter being someone whose best attribute for his career is his playmaking makes little sense.

Yeah I agree. It's definitely a shaky fit. I would much rather just target a 3 and D PG that functions primarily offball.

Ideally it's a 3 and D SG so that Fultz is able to use his size advantage against PGs, with the SG also being able to take take advantage of smaller PGs. I'd use all other assets to aquire Klay or Middleton

Knick fan here in peace:
Would y'all consider throwing half the kitchen sink in for Wall?
When I mean half, I'd suggest giving Okafor, Noel, the 2017 Lakers pick, the 2019 Kings pick and any other salary cap fillers?

I don't see the point with Simmons here. I'd think the 76ers will be looking more towards high level, 3-D players to put around Simmons and Embiid. Wall is worth a lot, but I think he would be worth less to the 76ers.

Actually if you ask me which Center I want for my perfect championship caliber team, I will chose Asik hands down

Beal fills more of a need than Wall...I can see the wiz making a deal soon if they don't turn things around.

Re: Fantasy Trade Thread
Beal costs way too much and I don't think we'd be able to give him the usage to make it worth it.

Re: Fantasy Trade Thread
Beal is an average player and will never perform close to what his contract suggests. He's a shooter who's afraid of contact and also a negative on the defensive end, not even talking about all injuries he had. All the advanced metrics suggest he hurts the team.
