The thing is, many of the teams that got those top 8 picks are playing their guys a lot...even teams well in the hunt drafting later are playing rookies serious minutes in their rotation, like Toronto playing two a good deal. I don't understand why a team like us is playing Barbosa, Tucker, etc all these minutes. Even Big Sauce. I mean WTF is he doing? Chriss and Bender have 6 minutes combined. Tucker and Barbosa have 22 combined.

It's not like it's a tight game either. Down by 16.

I understand what you are saying, but Chriss plays TERRIBLE basketball out there. Seriously, he can put some points on breaking plays or finishing but he just doesn't understand the game and his defense is just fouling his man. If you put him a ton of minutes out there he can be embarrassed.

Bender looks better, but he doesn't have any strength so he can't defend post players. Jokic was eating him alive. Hopefully he plays more minutes because he knows how to play the game the right way.

Seriously, Chriss is all flash and no substance right now. He can make a couple of athletic highlight plays, but when it comes to actually playing the game he's still behind the pack. Bender didn't look too bad, but he is too weak to matchup with any of the bigs on the Nuggets. This team is obviously still trying to win games (as much as everyone here seems to hate it for some reason), giving them a lot of minutes is not going to win games.

I thought he looked pretty good against Jokic. I mean he was only in there for one minute against him and was right on him and had the length on him.

I don't so much care about Chriss, but Bender needs some playing time.

I don't care if they don't look great, because they are young and that's expected but the whole team looks like crap so what's the point of playing all these guys that won't be part of our long term future?

This is the real problem. The team plays zero defense right now and isn't good enough on offense to make up for it.

If they're trying to make the playoffs by playing these vets, they're doing it wrong.

The thing about Bender is that he hasn't been playing against bigs...he was on Jokic for the minute he was in there and I didn't think he looked bad, but normally he would be on Gallinari or Chandler.

Drysdale's got a face for radio. Unfortunately for her, she's got a voice for the mute button.

This team only shows up against teams they don't have a chance to beat. They play far below the level of teams they can beat.

At least Warren's in there...we sat him too long. He's not typically a big fouler so 2 quick ones was an anomaly...but that took us out of the game. I can understand sitting him but not for THAT long. If he did get 3 fouls in the first half, not a big deal. I'd rather him foul out than sit a ton and end up with 3 or 4 at the end of the game.

Gallinari is so unlikable. I bet TJ hates him right now too.

Is there some millionaire with a vendetta against the Suns that pays all the refs to give them zero respect?

Lol, she gets Wilson Chandler right, but it's always Tyson Chancellor.
