We have to find minutes for PJ Tucker, amirite?

SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Cause we have PJ Tucker

Seriously, I was watching this game from about mid 2nd quarter and thought he was hurt or something. Barely played. He's our best player by every objective metric on the year and he's sitting for a guy who hustles and shoots 7%. If I promise to sprint all game, can I walk off the couch and play for the Suns? What are we doing here?

Unless Tucker is being featured for a trade, I have no other explanation. He's nowhere close to a comparable player to TJ and hasn't been for 2 years and with TJ finally getting minutes this year it has become glaringly obvious.

Not everybody can shoot 7% from 3.

Pressure defense on the perimeter to start the season was nowhere to be found. Gave up a record amount of layups.

@watson - evidently "family" doesn't win basketball games.

@watson - "family" means shooting record low percentages.

Gallinari frustrated him. Some of his misses weren't close. Took some bad shots (like everybody else).

Right now, I'm sorry for mocking Sam Mitchell all year long.
We might have an worse one here.

Yeah pretty lost where Warren was the whole 4th quarter. This whole running all over the place and giving fouls basically because gallinari always had a mismatch seemed silly. Needed some better defense

Yup, it's all Watson's fault all of our players are playing like ****, we definitely shouldn't hold the guys on the court accountable.

Yeah, a Dallas fan I know was asking me recently "what the hell are you guys doing? Carlisle is playing undrafted rookie major minutes to see what they can add to a team that isn't doing so well..and you guys don't have an aging star that you are trying to figure out a way to win with?"

I don't know why anyone thinks Warren should have been out there. His only significant contribution on offense is scoring, and he couldn't buy a bucket all night. Combine that with him getting torched on D all night, and that's why he wasn't playing during crunch time.

I actually like most of what Watson is doing off the court, keeping these guys unified and all, and that's important, and he's a rookie coach, and hopefully he can grow with the team and things can turn around, but I just think the sooner he fully begins to embrace getting some minutes for Ulis and Bender...even if just 7-8 minutes a game, that builds confidence and lets them see game action and really understand what it takes out there. I imagine this will happen as time goes on, but I think it should have certainly happened tonight.

Hopefully we trade Knight and Tucker in a month or so and it opens up the playing time for those two.

Watson pulls Bender out after 1 mistake.
Tucker makes mistake after mistake after mistake and stays in untill his fat ass gets gassed.

Watson is not a good coach, his just one of the boys it seems.

I'm fine with that but at least be consistent. Suns players seem to get rewarded for chucking and playing terrible D.

Mr.Watson please stop playing Tucker in every game. He should only play in games where the opposing team best player is their PF. Please give Dragan the starting role at the PF because you are wasting his talent and he deserves to start.
