yeah, I mean, that's just an incredible view of SF. Granted lots of places in SF have amazing views, but that has to be up there.

Did I tell you guys about my trip to SF this summer? I was in SF for game 6 and game 7 of the finals (coincidence, was there for a wedding). That was super awkward. Anyway, on 1st day, walked from Golden Gate bridge back to hotel in downtown, basically across the entire town, it was 5 miles, but ended up walking about 9.5 miles that day in total. Basically walked a cross section of SF. That was pretty awesome.

Maybe they plan on having 5 more kids, or maybe they always have family staying with them. I'm not sure I'd want a house that big even if I was loaded. So many rooms to furnish, so many closets to look in for monsters.

That being said, I saw the sickest house that gold sold in San Fran last week. It was 21 mil and amazing.

check out the views of San Fran and Golden Gate bridge, love that modern style as well.

I spend way too much time on Zillow these days (thanks loud neighbors and unnamed noisy "Religious" Corporation that insists on live concerts every Sunday morning at 8am, loud enough to wake everyone within a 2 mile radius. You'd think with all the money they spent on that place they could have soundproofed just a little)

20k taxes per month lol

I'd give my left nut for that deck/view. Money doesn't make you happy bullchit me on that porch with a drink in hand sheeeeit.

I'd wager 10 million of that cost is for the view alone. I'm going to start looking at houses now. I went through a phase of just looking at luxury apartments for a while i'm not sure why.

Asking 25 only got 21. Pretty close to my price range

Oh, and the dude that bought it is 30 years old. :-?

great video find. God that house is awesome. Is that kitchen counter a single 20 foot long piece of marble? Wow.

For real. Only three things I could find with this house were

1. The (Please Use More Appropriate Word) couch at 3:47 - irrelevant because its not a part of the "house" but still stupid
2. The toilets - way too small imo
3. That yard - which is awesome for a city but hilarious to me still because of the size. I'm imagining a game of tackle football in that yard

Those are the nitpicks of a 21 million dollar house. The pointy elbows of a total dimepiece. That **** hot tub. You know its nice when the house has a "Spa level"

check out this sick ass castle I stumbled on the other day on Zillow. 5.2 mil, here in Charlotte. I had no idea this house even existed. Its hidden away in the Carmel/Colony/Sharon View area.

6.2 mil on Quail Hollow golf course.

Neither really my preferred style, I love the open modern stuff, but I guess I could live with either.

4.2mil in Myers Park

I'd rather have a small house in the woods with 50 acres of woods so I can do all the shooting, hunting, camping, exploring, and general fun **** I want. I'd get bored in that big ass house like "okay, which room do I go to now?"

Bananas I say! After Nic's +14.3 the Hornets 2nd best on/off differential is +6.2 (through 9 games).

Hornets TS% Nic ON: 58.0%
Hornets TS% Nic OFF: 45.4%

Hornets Rating Nic ON: +12.2
Hornets Rating Nic OFF: -2.1 (that's a "minus")

Team clearly playing on a completely different level offensively with Batum on the floor, which is why you can overlook his defensive shortcomings.

they still bother me though. whenever he screws up, it's such simple stuff like being completely oblivious to where his man is and not being able to react because he doesn't have the habit of being in a defensive stance.

and it's not like that argument works that well, either. Batum actually spends a ton of energy on defense when he denies a passing lane to his man or presses someone up the court. he just is a very poor off-ball defender and that doesn't even require that much energy. you can be smart, get a breather, yet be in the right position and stance.

fair enough. I always laugh when I read people on the net talk about Batum as a plus defender based on some odd reputation he earned 5 years ago.

Hard to beat what some people did after 2012 olympics and his punch to Navarro (Blazersedge was a pun/humor contest for a while after that game).

It never gets old...Not sure he would put this on his twitter acc. though

Nic seems perpetually tired. I think all those long NBA seasons followed by summers playing for France have left him a bit burnt out. This is probably out of the question, but I would seriously be totally down to giving him like a week off around late February or early March if our record allows it.

so, the all-star break?

He's probably going to need a break way before then

It always happened when he played for national team and I don't blame it to his national team.I blame it to Nic himself, he should learn how to conditioning properly. National team is all about pride and pride is something you can't buy with your **** money.
