Markelle Fultz

Post#1 » by eagereyez » Fri Nov 18, 2016 8:18 am

First game highlights:

Fultz through his first 2 games:

32.5 Pts
6 Ast
4.5 Reb
.68 FG%
.50 3P%

Looking like the clear #1 pick in the early college season.

I know a lot of guys had good games, but considering all the hype this guy got... he earned it. He is like a man among boys out there. I mean he stands out. Curious about how good a (passing) pg he can be though...

It was clearly evident that he was the best PG prospect in this class since the All-American games.
And this is an amazing thing because we have so much good prospects coming over.

I didnt thought anyone would be better than JJ in this class but Fultz is winning me over, day by day.

I was a DSJ guy.. but no way Fultz isn't #1 by far. Dude looks beyond legit. He's literally toying with teams so far

i was hoping him playing on a bad team would lower his draft stock, but now i feel like if the sixers don't get the #1 overall pick, they will have no shot at this guy

he reminds me of brandon roy/james harden. both guys had deceptive athleticism, both can do everything on the offensive end

marcus was right, this guy is the perfect compliment to embiid and simmons.

My god, some of those plays vs CS Fullerton are insane. Gotta be the favourite for the #1 spot right now.

Love his game so far.

He's definitely a Harden/Roy type of player, which in today's game pretty much makes him a PG.

I'm laying low for now. Once this happens in conference play is when we'll really understand what we have with this kid.

Loving the passes and the smoothness. Still getting that mini PG13/DWade vibe.

He is gonna rock it anyway, with the pace and sets they run, the issue is the teamplay and defense, and he has the tools, is more about leading, but maybe it's too much to ask.

I'm a believer in pretty much all of these kids this year. I just know for those who are just getting introduced to the talent in this crop that numbers or lack thereof and the struggles that will inevitably happen at some point in the season will cause a lot of flip flopping on prospects.

Still a little early for this with all the injuries, I would like to see Fultz play a little better competition too. Either way still good to see some dominating play early on.

They've had enough top three picks recently, would like to see a team who hasn't had a top pick in recent years get it.

Utah and Denver are the only teams never to have a top 2 pick in the lottery era. The NBA really should consider past winning in their lottery system.
