On Hawes, not sure if they spoke about it during the telecast but he had a pretty hefty wrap on his knee, visible from the ISS.

On Sessions, not sure I get the loathing. He's not perfect but he's more ball sure than Lin was and although he's so far lacked the 4th quarter heroics, we've seen how he can contribute in a Cats uni So I'm giving it time for him to find that groove again.

The loathing on Sessions for me is due to his absurdly low efficiency. I thought attacking the paint and finishing around the basket was his thing and would be the primary source of his value, but his 26% FG% suggests otherwise. His assists and low TO numbers are nice, but something is really wrong for his shooting %s to be so low.

Doesn't help that during his first stint in Charlotte he was pretty valuable attacking the rim, finishing once he got there and also getting to the line.

He can't seem to do the things this time around that have him value last time.

Slam, I don't recall him being worth squat early that first year, in fact I think there was a collective sense that Gordon was the gem between the two. If Sessions is still shooting in the 20s percentage wise by game 20, I'll be surprised. But even when he gets to a better percentage, I won't be shocked if he turns in a 1-10 night from time to time, that's what he did before.

Sessions is just not good, imagine how insane this team would be with a healthy lamb, hibbert AND LIN?!? (as long as hibbert doesn't start for cody, lets all not forget cliffords affinity for big al last year)

Sessions game was always about athleticism. He may have lost a step. Dude is a good guy though, doesn't deserve the names

Cho absolutely needs to get a strong backup guard to pair with Marco. I think he knows this.

If think at some point are going to have to move session but its not like you can go around telling people he is trash...you want the other teams to think he still has some gas left. it would be nice to get a big guard to contrast Kemba

I am hard on Sessions. Harder than I should be? Probably.

I'm sure if you asked Clifford he would go on some long rant about how Sessions is a player whose value does not show up in the boxscore. Something about knowing the system, knowing what the coaches want, running the correct plays, knowing where to be on each play on offense and defense, his contributions in practice and the lockerroom ,his experience, his size to defend bigger point guards, low turnovers etc... I'm sure all those things are probably true to some extent. None of that changes the fact that he's been really poor so far, playing far below expectations.
