This one is probably, unfortunately a write off. More interesting than this game is contemplating what might happen if we put an all guard lineup on the floor and try to just run the game away, but I don't coaches at this level are really allowed to think that far outside the box.

Several takeaways.... Kevin Seraphin looks lousy and out of shape. He needs to spend some time with a trainer and get some of that weight off. Indy needs a floor spacing big off the bench to allow for Stuckey and Ellis to have space to attack the rim. Golden state were camping out in the lane allowing jumpshots. Obviously Paul, Myles and CJ all being out makes a huge difference. GR3 needs to be encouraged to be aggressive. His development can take this team far. GR3 and Myles improvement can elevate the play of this team.

I thought Larry Bird was doing just fine until he signed 2 fat, plodding centers for a team that is going to run a lot.

I assumed it was pretty obvious that our guards need spacing and help defense from their bigs a lot more than they need the much declined ball hogging offense of Al Jefferson.

Kevin Seraphin has always been on my like list when it comes to talent, but it was pretty obvious as well he is way out of shape to be on a running team.

Aaron Brooks doesn't add much either, except that he takes the ball out of the hands of Ellis and Stuckey making them less effective and that he increases defensive problems.

The Pacers could have been a much better team if they had signed a defensive, rebounding wing, a big with a 3 point shot and had hidden all Seraphin his smartphones every day at least 20 miles away from where he lives, so he would have to run 20 miles first before he could post one of his numerous goofy social media updates.
