He's currently shooting 41% from the field and 48% from the FT line.
He's taking 0.3 threes a game at 25% and is only getting to the line 1.9 times per game.
Obviously he will start to shoot better from midrange, but IMO we need to tinker with his offensive game or put him in a different role. There's no reason why he shouldn't be spacing the floor with threes more or getting better position inside. He's one of the big reasons our offense isn't looking at least semi-decent most of these games.
How is Vuc best used? Closer to the basket? Camped out on the three point line? A mix of both? Off the bench? It's clear that the mostly mid-range shooting center/big man isn't in favor anymore, and has been phasing out for a few years now. Unless you're LaMarcus Aldridge... and he shoots 1 three a game as well (should also be on that list).
