Again? New Orleans actually has some decent talent and depth at guard now, especially with Holiday back, but damn. Goodwin getting waived again so soon isn't a good look for him. I still wouldn't mind the Pistons moving on from Hilliard or Gbinije to take a flyer on Archie but I really don't think that's very likely either.

We barely can develop the guys we have - ain't no room for another one

i have watched quite a bit of NY bball, Beno is far better than Jennings, who doesn't have that same quick first step as he had before the injury

I agree. Jennings was arguably a better fit for this team before RJ and played at an almost all-star caliber level.

But even I can see that he's nowhere near the same. There's a reason why there's such a small pool of athletes that recovers from an achilles injury and still be relevant I guess.

wouldn't be opposed to that but Ish's defense at the point of attack probably has more value than any inconsistent offense jennings will bring

Just watched a 30 minute clip of Pop on YouTube...think it's called Spurs Philosophy on the FIBA channel

SVG is an obvious disciple, spent time with the Spurs before coming here.

Found it interesting.

What GS just did to the Lakers is ridonkulous. 149 pts in regulation with 47 assists on 53 made field goals.

As much as I hate that Durant went there, I can't wait to see them crush the LeCavs.

It's mind-boggling that this is them hitting their stride.

I know people were quick to clamor for any bit of trade rumors when they were still trying to figure it out, but this is exactly what I meant when I said that GSW will be fine and won't be making any trades anytime soon. When you have multiple transcendent talents that aren't selfish or egotistical, you have zero room for silly knee jerk reactions like "trade Klay!" type things.

And 100% agreed on beating the Cavs. Never liked them besides maybe Kyrie.

I will be rooting for Lebron and the Cavs over the Warriors. And I don't say that lightly.

Durant decision makes LeBron's so less coward. An MVP in his prime joining to a +70 wins team? I really hope Cavs win again. I never liked LeBron, even with the Heat. But the LeBron who returns to the Cavs it's a different player; even shooting much worse, he has a different mindset. He's not afraid to fail shots, something who happens him even being the best player in the world against the Spurs, the year he wins the second ring. He's playing with a GOAT mentality and I have to respect that, because he has never showed this desire to win he has shown this last two years.

What logic? I hate Ohio and everything in it except Cedar Point and the Toledo Mud Hens. It comes from being born in Michigan and attending MSU and UM (yes, both). Ohio State is the biggest target for my hate, but I also actively root against the Cavs, Indians, Reds, Browns, and Bengals. Even though I'm not a Golden State fan (despite living here in the Bay), I'd certainly rather see them win than a damn Ohio team.

Go Cavs! I feel a lot more connected to the the folks in Cleveland than SF/Oak? I get that there's an interstate rivalry, but ????!!!! Cleveland Clinic saved my brother in law's life. We have a lot more in common with the folks in Ohio. LBJ didn't pull a Durant. He went home to a decent but not exceptional team and made it so. Go Midwest/rust belt!

Ill be rooting for LeBron as well

After all the hype about the Warriors being the greatest team ever, LeBron shut that down in quite possibly the greatest Finals in NBA history and at least the greatest game 7 i have ever seen in my life

Warriors are a bunch of whiny, punk a**, P*ssies ESPECIALLY Draymond Green

Add in KD the biggest loser and bandwagon jumper of them all and they are made to be hated

I hope they dont win one championship with KD.

Same, although I have an irrational hate for UM due to all my friends going there and I love giving them crap for it as a MSU alum.

I grew up in Ohio so I do have a soft spot for OSU and Toledo, but screw everything else about Ohio.
