They should just cut Lance. Kuz has shown confidence and the ability to knock down a shot.

Lance makes me want to slash my wrists, but we need to see what he can give us once healthy. He's the closest we have to a backup PF. If we're going to make a move towards Melo at the 4 and less 2-center lineups, we're going to need depth at that position.

Dr. Detfink wrote:During previous seasons this would be the kind of game where fans look at the match ups on paper and say, "The Knicks should win this game." and the Knicks would go out and under perform.

After 15 games, the New York Knicks are finally 1 game over .500.

Now, I'm never encouraged by the fact that the highest paid player had to play 41 minutes and take 25 shots in order post a "W" in OT. The Knicks are not playing Houston, Toronto, or Cleveland. That said, so long as Melo's Frankenstein legs are fine I feel cautiously optimistic.

What is somewhat disturbing, how many minutes the Knicks $17M per season man is playing. Noah made it through 18 minutes. While I like watching "Hercules" Hernangomez running around on the court like a newborn baby, squealing and arms/legs waving, it can't be good that it's this early and Noah has THREE more seasons on this contract.

Dear Phil, next time third year TEAM Option! And stop with your stank ego, giving a player every thing when he comes to your door during the off season.

Noah is Amar'e part 2.

I'm sorry but I gotta bring out the Realgm Insanity Clause...

Queens, NY native Roy Hibbert is now the back up Center on Charlotte averaging 6/3.6/0.7 essentially paid $5M to be a dishwasher. Another local boy legend.

Think that's bad?

Point Guard Ramon Sessions has had more jobs than a 7-11 worker. He's been on 10 teams in 9 seasons. He's being back $6M to be the back up PG averaging 5/3.5.

Both of these clowns were players that teams in this forum hoped that the Knicks signed. Turns out, the Knicks are just fine without them.

Would you rather have spent what we did on Noah or the combined sum on Sessions and Hibbert for depth?

BTW Hibbert was actually a positive for the Hornets last night and could be very valuable in the playoffs. Of course if he was a Knick he would foul out in 10 minutes, but on any other team he could do quite well. Seeing as he used to train with Timmy, I am surprised he is not in San Antonio.

I also still like Sessions. Right now Jennings is more like what we need, but Sessions would be a perfect addition to this team. We could certainly play 2 small guards at a time and have playing time for all three guys. Better than Lance Thomas right?

I will continue to defend Noah though. I love what he brings to the team off the court. We needed someone in the locker room that is fearless. Noah and Jennings can really help KP develop the NY swag we need him to have. Noah is an investment in KP. By the 3rd and 4th years he will be a 17M back up who plays 12 mpg, but also another coach.

Man, there's still a lot of dudes on this board that just can't get over Rebecca Haarlow. It's pathetic. Some of you can't look at a picture of any woman without critiquing her body. Even more pathetic. Leave this girl alone for God's sake.

I bet a good portion of you who are constantly making fun of her body are the same social justice warriors who have been pissing and moaning about Trump. It's funny to me.

I think Rebecca Haarlow is dope. She's good at her job, she works hard, and she gets to be around the Knicks every day. Maybe some of you are just jealous.

The Knicks certainly know how to play an exciting brand of basketball. I missed the 1st quarter so I only saw bad Noah for the rest of the game. I really hope we can find a way for him to be successful in the minutes he plays. When Marvin Williams got hurt momentum swung the Knicks way and we went on that huge run in the 3rd.

A top three Melo Knicks performance tonight, up there with 42,17,6 game vs Boston in the playoffs and the 62 points game vs the Hornets. Both Melo and Hornacek were really getting after guys tonight. Saw Melo having some words with Kuz after a blown switch that lead to an easy lay up.

Rose seems to be comfortable with his role as third wheel. He can be turnover prone but keeps making the right plays at the end of the game and playing great defense. That block of Walker reminded me of the block Felton had a few years ago against Curry.

This was the type of game KP had last year, inefficient shooting but a monster defensively.

Charlotte really needs to thank the officials for pushing the game to OT. That foul they called on Billy was pretty bogus.

Me neither, I don't find blondes attractive.

I also don't think she does a very job either. Everytime I hear, "What's it like..." or "How does it feel..." in her slow motion voice, I swear I just want to strangle myself. I thought Tina was vastly superior, and she had a lot of roots in NYC...it was unfortunate that they let her go.
