Remember when some of you were nervous about the Nets last week? That was cute

Nets collapse in the third quarter again, now trailing by 7 to the Kings. Would be nice if Dallas could help us out and beat the Pelicans tonight

Trevor Booker would be a nice little bench piece to add here. Great on the glass, versatile, good passer. Pairing him with Horford would be an interesting bench combo, but ultimately I think we need Jerebko's shooting to keep enough spacing on the floor.

Also, man is Cousins good. He's not quite elite from an efficiency standpoint, but getting there slowly, and he's cut back on his turnovers this year. The gravity he creates with the ball in his hands would make spot up guys like AB, Jerebko and Horford look amazing.

I just tuned to the Game. What a player Demarcus Cousins is. Amazing. It's befuddling how any Celtics fan wouldn't want him on the team. I do.

Trade the Brooklyn Nets pick for Demarcus Cousins. He is worth it. He can score in the low post, mid range, 3pt range and is a good rebounder.

This was the only winnable game for the Nets for the month, yet they're losing. What a bad team.

If by some miracle and ridiculous amount of luck we did get the 1st pick who do you guys think we could trade it for? Paul George maybe? Would Anthony Davis be a possibility? James Harden? Would love to see trader Danny with a #1 pick to play with. Can't imagine the idea here is keeping and developing all these Bkn picks..by the time they are ready AB, Jae and IT would probably be on the way down and Horford long gone..
WHAT THEY GON’ SAY NOW? ‎ THANK YOU TRUTH!

If the Celtics land a top 2 pick, They should immediately offer it up for Demarcus Cousins, Anthony Davis or Paul George.Thats why I'm hoping the Nets pick lands in the top 2 because it allows the Celtics to use to trade for a star player.

Unfortunately, I just don't see any of Indy's, New Orleans' or Sacto's ownerships acquiescing to blowing it up.

The Pacers are diametrically opposed to tanking - they view their market as too small to risk tanking, lest the fans disappear. Plus it's just not in Bird's DNA. Maybe he goes in a star-for-star deal but otherwise, no.

The Pellies aren't trading Davis, period. He's locked up forever and they are already tanking by accident.

Sacto is closest to something here - Cousins will be a FA in 2018 and they have young guys to play behind him. Unfortunately Ranadive doesn't want to trade him right after opening a new arena. They're gonna make another futile playoff run and shoot themselves in the foot in the draft (again).

Harden definitely is not going anywhere. Morey isn't dumb enough to do that. They'll do whatver possible to run at Blake this offseason - no taxes, closer to home, national TV exposure, and he'd thrive in D'Antoni's offense as the Stoudemire role. Their cap situation makes that tricky but never put it past Morey to at least try, just like his mentor Ainge.

The question with him has never been about talent that's for sure. The problem is, the kings are going to want more than just that pick. A lot more. It's the main reason why the Celtics haven't pulled the trigger on a move like this yet, the price is astronomical to Billy King it at this point

The only winnable game for the Kings for a while , and they couldn't get it done. I wasn't worried when the Nets were winning games in the beginning of the season. I said they're still a bad team, and the losses would start piling up and it has.

Another blowout loss for the nets, wheels have officially come off for them. We can only hope they wise up and move Lopez sooner rather than later
