I bet! It made it worse that we are division rivals and that I'm Canadian. It was almost like your mother punished you by making you watch your brother eat your halloween candy. :D

Fultz is superstar! Dwade with a 3

He'll be an All-star within the first two seasons, guaranteed. Above Wiggins and Simmons, he's on that Towns and ADavis level!

And another guarantee, Lonzo Ball will lead the league in Assists one day

I would package the picks with anyone aside from Lowry and DeRozan for immediate upgrades. This is clearly DeRozan's prime year and quite possibly his best year while anything could happen with Lowry if this team fails to get back to the ECF. We must win now. There is no next year.

Dennis smith JR is a problem in transition. If he has the ball on a fast break it's a wrap

A guy who could be a 2nd round target is Kyle Washington .

6'9 Junior PF at Cincinatti.

17 pts, 10 rebounds, 1.2 blocks, currently shooting 40 percent from 3 point range, though on only 1 attempt a game. Not a star, but looks like a solid rotation type of guy.Currently not even ranked in the draftexpress mock, so a possible deal at the end of the second round or even undrafted.

I think I found my pick for the Clippers pick:

Cameron Oliver

He's playing like the perfect compliment to JV through the first 5 games of the season.

19ppg, 57%fg , 58.8% 3pt on 3.4 attemps per game, 2.4 blocks! and 5.2 rebounds.

His rebounding numbers are down, but he's an explosive athlete with a jumpshot. Doesn't look any bigger than Patterson, but if he's that good a shooter and is a high flying help defender, that's more than enough.

Take Oliver with the Clips pick, a small forward with the Raps pick(unless a potential star falls to us. there are a lot of point guard prospects) and a draft and stash with the 2nd rounder.

Well the time has come to collect.

And so we once again have what we in Raptors Land refer to as: Thank Nation.

This thread will be a space to keep track of where our two first round picks will fall(The Clippers pick and our own), as well as a place to discuss potential draft selections.

Brothers and sisters, all praise be to Masai...Now let's go!

GG you guys got 2 draft picks for Vasquez?????????????????????????????????????????????????????

and the Heat can't give away McTrash for free :noway: :noway: :noway:

btw I love going through your team board. so fun and hilarious, especially when you guys sucked. those fire casey sigs were

good luck the rest of the season

Not to mention trading Vasquez freed up a spot to sign Cory Joseph a week or so later, and he's been part of our best line-up for the last 2 seasons (Lowry/Joseph/Ross/Patterson/Biyombo last year, Nogeuira this year)

Idk how Masai did it lol

Anyone here taken a look at VJ Beachem? DX has him as an early 2nd Rounder right now. Potential to be a nice 3D type player, I think. He's a 6'8 SF from Notre Dame. He's also a Senior, something Masai seems to value with late picks.

Jonathan Motley is another guy that has caught my attention - Seems to be similar to Siakam in the sense that he can run the floor and finish.

There's so much movement with players in terms of their rankings, it'll be interesting to see how thing play out leading up to the Tournament in March. I mainly look for guys that can help the team but who also have the right attitude. They might not get PT right away, so it's important they are strong mentally.

This is my pick for us this year, whether it's at our pick or the Clips pick.

Don't get caught up in the dunk, but just think of the skill set. He's basically like Terrence Ross at this point. His jumper is pure. So if you replace Carroll with another Ross it's not half bad. Your wing spot would be set.

Im hoping kosja mushidi declares for the draft and not enough teams look at him. He reminds me of gianis with confidence and poise while being further along than where giannis was at his age. ;feature=share

He's listed at 6'4-6'5 and as a pure SG on DraftExpress. He's strong, long and plays bigger than his size, but he's still undersized against the big SF's of the league. His game kind of reminds me of James Johnson with better shooting potential.

he played against PFs and real physical competition in the olympics and even power forwards couldnt get past him. His wingspan and strength help him compensate so much that 6"4 doesnt speak of his limitations. In a positionless nba game nowadays, you're what you can guard. He can guard 1-3. By the way, 6"4 tony allen is quite arguably the only kobe stopper. 6"4 tony allen locked up 6"10 7"4 wingspan kevin durant in the post season 2 yrs back? I see where youre coming from though

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm really excited about the apparent depth in this draft. We could be coming away with multiple rotation players on rookie contracts again!
