Humm Diddly Dee: The Eric Collins Thread

Anybody catch when they were cutting to a commercial I think in the 3rd quarter and they showed a time lapse video of a street near the arena, and on the way out Eric yelled "Wow they drive so fast around here! Look at that!" Then there was about four or five seconds of dead air before they cut.

Was beautifully awkward.

I enjoyed the silence after Eric said that "32 teams could have drafted Draymond".

Collins' brand of enthusiasm and knowledge of CHA bball history sure works in a win like that @OT one over Sactown. Cracked me up when they showed Peja Stojakovic talking to someone and I'm like who is Peja talking to, and Collins is like, hey its former CHA player Brad Miller and doesn't recognize Peja until Dell tells him. It helps I think that Stephanie and Dell have grown to like him. The 3 seem really relaxed giggling and carrying on. Collins comment that Cousins was as strong as ten rows of onions drew a warm chuckle from Stephie.

Collins is a fan of the team. I love that about him. You can tell he really cares about the team and I find his enthusiasm infectious. His knowledge a research is also impressive.

I also like that when he does say something wrong he's humble enough to call himself out and correct himself.

Unlike that idiot Uncle Steve.

I'm super happy with Collins and think the three person booth is working well and will only continue to get better.
