HOU coming off big, emotion-draining win over GSW but was a long game, going into 2OT. Let's hope they're too tired to play a good game.

Jokic is out with a wrist injury, but DA is back.

Might have to accept that Malone is just not a good coach.
But I'd be trading the veterans out before firing him though. I have a small feeling that their authority is holding him back as a coach. Apart from Chandler, I'm not confident to say that they are actually better players than our young guys.

This team literally plays with no sense of urgency. How is that not an indictment of the coach?

I am not sure if it is a veteran thing, or if it all comes down to the ex-Rockets coach that they brought in to run the offense, which looks like a terrible version of the old Rockets offense. Either way Malone and company are not good, and letting the veterans run the team is on the head coach.

One thing I noticed last night was that bringing Barton back and Jokic missing seemed to kill all the chemistry of the 2nd team, there was no ball movement, no movement off the ball, just guys taking turns running iso plays. Add that to the total lack of effort and this team had no chance.

Houston played Golden State a double overtime the night before and they had more energy on offense and defense??? Ridiculous!!!
