"should see PT real soon"

I guess that means he won't play tomorrow then?

My guess is that if there was no third quarter, we would have been able to see LV play in trash time.

It's good, get his feet wet. Getting acclimated slowly under no pressure.

Do have a chance to blow out the Nuggets?

We're "practically" the worst team in the league, so I don't think blowouts exist in our vocabulary. At least not with our current crew.

~lol~ So you're saying zero chance?

What if there is no 3rd quarter?

I guess we'll have to be blown out in order to see LV play......

Well, I shouldn't have been so negative. The Nets aren't too good, but the Nuggest are far from a good time, either. I just wish the Nets can manage to put together another game with more than a couple quarters of good effort. Always a quarter or two of total meltdown and blow leads.

The Nuggets are an under the radar team. They have a good mix of seasoned contributors, Chandler, Faried, and youth in Murray, Mudiay, and Jokic. Whitehead vs Mudiay will be a key matchup, and we'll have to stop Murray + Barton from destroying us from the perimeter, but the Nuggets cant be slept on. I think they can easily be in the 7-10 WC conversation...and if not they'll almost be Utah scary if they wind up with a lottery pick this summer

Yea, nuggets are a bad team record wise but for us they are a bad matchup because they play as hard as anyone. they are basically a better version of us. young deep team of shooters and effort guys who play hard.... only with higher picks and better defense.

We would be lucky to get a win, Denver has waaaay better players than we do. We are at rock bottom right now.

If the game is close he probably won't play. Should definitely get time against Spurs.

~lol~ It's cool. I was half kidding. Lets call it an anti-jinx.

The third quarters!

OTOH, Spaceballer pointed out that if the players were able to come out earlier before the third quarter they might have solved that problem? Who knows?

Asking for patience from net fans is like asking for a bigmac at burger king. But you're right.

Even though LeVert didn't score, but he looked really good and seems to belong out there. I'm confident and believe he will be a very good NBA player for the Nets for many years to come. :)

He has an NBA body. Good looking frame that looks like more room to get bigger. That's huge for a player who specialize in shooting. You'll see gotta remember the 7 foot wingspan (i.e. 3 steals tonight).

Well so it was real close to being a blow out, we were up by 30.

Then you got it right, huge blown lead.

Got the W tho.

Good thing is, LV was part of blowing them out (close) rather than playing during trash time.

He contributed and looked good out there. Terrific development.

I just thought that he was a little too aggressive. Hope he takes it more slowly.

Very happy with what I saw so far from LeVert. But I'll stay cautiously optimistic until we see him make some shots. Regardless, the Nets are going to be more fun watching LeVert develop and show potential in all the games :)
