really surprised by this. he looked decent. i get lin is back but thought he was worth keeping on the roster. who is taking his spot?

I'm also very surprised by this move. Maybe they want to give Archie Goodwin a try? But he can't shoot....

Was there a report about Lin even returning to practice? Surprised as well, Yogi showed some promise in his stints. I hope Marks can justify his choice.

I also liked him but the writing was on the wall. He wasn't getting minutes, even with Lin out. Whitehead's been developing, SKil is getting minutes at the 1, and now LeVert back to handle the ball on occasion as well.

Damn, I'm surprised but then again...the match on Montiejunas was probably the only thing keeping him from being waived. Looks like we're going to add another player.

Getting a vet PG that is reliable seems like a no brainer, we need depth. If Cole can still go i'd take him.

Lin is back?

Maybe Yogi is undersized, I don't know. Maybe it's to bring in a veteran PG.

Yogi IMO only looked decent because our system let's quick guards shine. His defense is an absolute killer. He's just too small.

He'll probably go back to the D League and have another shot with us. Don't think any teams are itching to sign him. We've had a couple of steady D Leaguers that fill our SL team and get multiple chances when we're hit with injuries. Having a full roster doesn't give us the luxury of keeping Yogi around full time.

a big pg who can shoot , underrated passer, didnt get much playing time with pistons due to youth.

Interesting. His 3pt% is pretty good in college and D-league. Abysmal in the NBA. Another project for Kenny?
