Counting on you guys to beat us tonight. Please don't let the tank down.

Oh and I saw Curry listed as out above, but FYI he plans on playing tonight. Don't think that makes a meaningful difference more just an FYI

The Pacers do know that darker curved line is the 3-point line right? Ugh...defense!!!

I'm never one to be "Fire a new coach after one year" but every reservation I had about the Nate hiring is on display tonight. No adjustments, no leadership, can't seem to fire up the intensity, and defense is downright awful. I know personnel plays into that, but I guarantee Vogel would have them playing better defense

Embarrassing. The Pacers have now lost to the worst 4 teams in the NBA.

The inconsistency on this team is really mind boggling. Wins over Cavs, Bulls, LAC (twice) and OKC and loses to Nets, Sixers, Mavs and Suns.

They're 23 games into the season. Already held a players only meeting. They should be adding up some wins right now if they really wanted to think their a top 4 team in the east.

Got to wonder how much longer they will role with Monta. Tonight would be a good time to make a change. Let GRIII take a shot at Lillard, Teague could move over and defend McCollum. At least life might a little more diddicult for one of them.

When the trade was made to get Teague everyone seemed to agree it would be a good trade if they could move Monta. Then Larry said a trade wasn't going to be made and then everyone seemed to think it would somehow work out. Even to the pint of thinking the Pacers would somehow be a top four team. Things will need to change radically for this team to achieve that level of success. I dare say the Pacers as currently constructed aren't even a playoff team.

I agree. What was very interesting to me down the stretch of that game was that Paul wasnt fed consistently. This was game ripe for Paul to take over and score 40 or more to carry the team to the win. This team is still trying to find its identity. Myles and Paul need to be fed more and the other guys need to play off of them. I have always preferred for Ellis to go to the bench. It was clear GRIII was an upgrade during the recent stretch minus Paul and CJ. Im beginning to wonder about McMillan being the choice.

No fire or energy exhibited by anyone on this team, they just seem to be going through the motions. This team needs some shaking up, because right now, the passion seems to be missing. The talent is better than a .500 team. Just not a very engaging team, too laid back and not enough fighters.

Is it possible to trade McMillan? Maybe for somebody with a decent track record of success. Maybe someone like Frank Vogel.

And I wasn't sold on the idea at first, but after seeing GR3 start while Paul was injured, I want him in the starting lineup. I don't care what that does to the rotation. I don't care if we end up running at a second unit of Brooks/Ellis/Stuckey/Miles/Jefferson. Okay maybe not that, but still.

I know I'm the only one on here that isn't but I'm still not a fan of GR3 owning that many minutes. He does some nice things but I still don't think he is an NBA starter. If he starts that is fine because I don't think who "starts" really matter its who is getting the min. But, the past how many ever games Stuck and CJ have out performed GR3 and that is where the minutes should go.

For me it isn't even a question of who gets the most minutes, it's mostly about staggering minutes for all of the ball dominant players we have on our roster. And it's also about GR3 getting to play against the best talent in order to further develop. It's pretty well known who CJ and Stuck are as players at this point in their career (both are players who prefer to come off the bench) , but GR3 still isn't exactly clear.

Also, both of CJ and Stuck are so injury prone in these last few years that we'd just see Ellis plugged back in soon enough anyways.
