Nets are +13 1/2 underdogs, Over/Under is 210.
Thanks for the honesty.MorbidHEAT wrote:My dislike for Lin started during Linsanity. It was absurd. It's probably irrational dislike at this point, but man he gets on my nerves. He's been tearing us up though.

Oh, the spurs are doing a back to back, so they might possible rest some players, knowing Pop.

Very very little chance.
They are missing a PG tho.
IMO it's a mistake by Pop to not pursue a high caliber PG this offseason.

it's more than Pop who decides on who to pursue.

Eh......OK......Pop and RC then, even tho Pops says otherwise, I'm pretty sure he makes the decisions on this kinda thing
Perhaps they are looking to sign CP3 in 2017?
Or maybe they did go after Lin, but all he wanted was the Nets
Actually I think they did want Conley but he wasn't leaving that biggest contract ever

They wanted Conley, he was the best two-way PG in the running. Rondo is solid in that respect too but with his attitude he's a PIA. But now they could look toward other players, Conley and Lin are locked up and they would have to trade for them and pay really huge for Conley.

During his podcast, The Vertical Podcast, "Woj" mentionedLos Angeles Clippers' Chris Paul, who will be free agents at years end. During his show, he speculates the San Antonio Spurs might chase the All-Star point guard in next summer's free agency period.
"There's going to be teams like the Knicks, I think the Spurs and it's very interesting. The Spurs now are involved, whenever there is a big free agent now, they're in the mix. They put themselves really since getting LaMarcus Aldridge, whether it was even Kevin Durant last year taking a meeting, he looked at them."
"But I think San Antonio would be in the conversation there with Chris Paul there at the table in the event he starts looking."

We'll definitely see how well he can handle their different styles. I don't expect him to lock anyone down but he's done well against Lillard, Paul, Teague so far.
