We will need the depth and scoring at the guard position tonight. It's been brutal out there other than Williams the last few.

Tough defensive assignments for Randle and Deng.

Won't be easy for Porzingis checking Julius either.

The Knick fans have a delusional view of the Lakers and their own team. Saw one quote on their board that said Lou Williams was "ruining their tank".

I responded by asking how in hell did he figure the Lakers were trying to tank?

They must think the Knicks are serious threats in the east, they'll make the playoffs because the conference is super weak...but they're a first round out just like us if we made it.

But for us it would be a building block towards the future. For New York it's call running the treadmill.

They only have one piece in place for their future but he's being held back by Melo for who knows how many years Melo decides to play.

KP won't fully have full reign until Melo is gone...but looks like Phil has a better chance of ejecting first before Melo .

Which you can bet will happen.

Definitely a 6:30pm start. The lakers never start games past the 6 o'clock hour on Sundays.

More than likely another loss because the Lakers' defense will continue to struggle as they have been giving up an average of 115 point/game in this 5-game losing streak. I don't see anything changing unless the Knicks have a really cold shooting night. :dontknow:

So far so good on defense, Knicks shooting 66% from the field and are on pace for a 38 point first quarter lol

Rose looking like Chicago Rose out there. Playing against our defense will do that lol. And so glad having D'lo and Swaggy P back. Defense is still crap with them in but at least we're competing on offense.

The time off hasn't hurt Young's shot. Russell on the other hand.... it's going to take awhile to get them both back to 100%. Hopefully having them back puts Clarkson's head back on straight and the second unit plays like they did before all of the injuries started.

On cue. The second unit guards for the lead.
