Not to rub it in or anything (no pun intended) but Riley got Whiteside out of the D-League and we gave up a first rounder for Gortat.

How bad must Memphis feel? They signed Whiteside on 9/25/14, waived him on 10/22/14, signed him again on 11/19/14, and waived him again the next day. Miami signed him on 11/24/14, and the rest... is... history. Otoh, Memphis did/does have Gasol.
