I would rather die alone than "meet" one of them and this third one scares me for ****!

Would you rather not "meet" one of them and the wizards not win another game or " meet" one of them every game and win until the end of the season?

I would sacrifice myself if this would mean chips ... other than that no way

Tricky - I lived in Warsaw for two years, it wasn't that bad. It's not the best place in the world, however if you are looking for a different vibe in Poland you can easily find it in Warsaw. I guess all this 'little Berlin' comparisons are quite accurate. For instance you could easily spend your time visiting theaters, cinemas and museums - there's plenty of cultural options with variety of good pubs and restaurants. I am from Krakow myself even if I've spent ca 12 years traveling around Europe and Americas (incl. 2 years' break in Warsaw though!) so I'll always prefer Krakow over Warsaw, but it's not that bad! ;-)
You are from Wroclaw, wow! Such a beautiful city, I loved it!

PIF - Katowice is developing quickly last couple of years. It has become the very business-centre of Slask (Silesia) area. When I was there a couple of months ago it was shockingly nice! In the last 10 years they changed entire center into some sort of modernized, business-oriented place and I really liked it. It is still very industrial though so if you don't like those climates, you won't like it. I guess the easiest comparison is Manchester in the UK (a city that was the soil of industrial England back in a days and now is revitalized with a great, post-industrial taste) but I am not familiar with some great post-industrial revitalized cities in the US to make it more accurate ;-)
I will be in Malta in a couple of weeks for at least a year (I found a new job there) so if you are around just drop me a line ;-) I am sure I could find some spare bedroom and a couple of cold beers. You know, the probability of meeting a Bullets supporter on Malta is like finding a pink elephant in Washington ;-)

1) Suns traded Marcus Morris to Pistons in 2015 as part of a salary/player dump
2) Pistons gave up only a 2020 2nd for Marcus Morris
3) Marcus Morris has proven to be at least as effective a player as Markieff Morris
4) After his brother was traded, Markieff Morris threw a visible, season-long tantrum
5) Suns tried to trade him, but there were no takers for the now-toxic Markieff Morris
6) Finally, just before the 2016 trade deadline, they found a taker: EG!

EG gave up a current lottery pick for the less productive, more toxic of the brothers, he gave up more to get him, and he did that after everyone in the league could see that was the case.

This example should be taught at the NBA General Manager Institute and should be revisited whenever the Wizards play the Pistons until EG is gone.

Also, Markieff is paid $8M a year. Marcus is paid $5M a year.

Yes, must add that to the seminar materials as well. Note that Phoenix GM Ryan McDonough signed extensions for both Morris brothers on 9/29/2014, and by 2/18/2016 he had managed to dump both their contracts without giving anything up, and even getting picks in return.

Ryan McDonough hasn't had a long or (so far) particularly distinguished career. The two moves that stand out for him is getting two lottery picks out of the Wizards. Maybe that's a sign of a young GM who will eventually be quite successful, or maybe any garden variety GM is perfectly capable of taking advantage of GrunFear.

Interesting. I could be wrong, but I thought the Wizards traded one lottery pick to the Suns.

You're right, my mistake. The pick traded for Gortat was the #18 pick.
