It will probably be Leuer for Morris, but it should be Smith for Jackson.

It should be both in my opinion, but the most important is consequating Reggie's sabotage. I don't know what else you would call it. SVG cannot let this pass. Reggie should be sat down.

Marcus takes his fair share of questionable shots where it was probably possible to get a better one.

1.) Have you been watching? What better shot?

2.) How often is Marcus in ISO our first option? How often does mook get the ball with little time left on the shot clock?

I am not saying Mook is blameless, but the stuff you guys are putting on him lacks serious context. and its frustrating as he's probably been one of the more consistent players on both ends.

I will say that he needs to attack the rim more.

I didn't watch this game but in general his jab step fadeaway 18 footers are not a good shot thats pretty much his go to move; and like you said he could attempt to drive to create a better shot of himself or a teammate.

in general, but Marcus has a ability to make those consistently, and more importantly is a much better 3 point shooter than Harris over these past 9. As our 4th option, by the time we get Mook the ball, its to very well take the shot. I could say the exact same thing about TH who's shot selection is just as questionable and assist numbers just as dismal and again we haven't even discussed defense.

But Harris is still more efficient player and has multiple ways to score he can hit the middy, drive, and post up. Morris only shoots jumpers while he makes them and that's his game it makes him much easier to guard and lastly it takes him lot of time to just get in his set in the first place.

He's still the worst defender which has more value on this team and over the past 9 games inefficient and can barely hit a 3. Marcus can drive, hit midrange, and post up so i am not exactly sure what your point is, would we like Marcus to drive more? yes, but again look at when he gets the ball and how many times we are looking to go to him?? Harris , as a go to offensive option, has more opportunities to show case his skillset, and he's doing so right now inefficiently.

None of that is remotely true and i literally have to find one possession where Mook drives to prove that statement wrong. You guys are chastising a player for shooting shots that we set up for him to take like its a bad thing.

I absolutely get why Harris is more appealing offensive option, especially since its show cased in our offense, but potential and production are 2 different things and as of late TH has been sh* on both sides of the ball. We discuss inputing leur into the lineup because he's much more efficient and brings more defensively, so to argue to put TH at SF is counter productive to that notion of Defense and efficiency.

Dan Feldman is such a dumba* he wrote a article about how SVG and RJ are blaming each other, when in fact that is not at all what is happening in context. Team called a meeting which SVG wasn't involved in that discussed ball movement and RJ talked about what he tried to do based on that meeting. no body is blaming anybody. Reporter asked SVG a question about RJ's field goal attempts and SVG simply said that was his decision not the teams. There's no play SVG calls for RJ that is fully intended for him to make a attempt at a FG but rather create a play for a quality shot.

Tobias is still much better scoring with in the flow of the offense. Like I said Morris whole game is mid range jumpers he has taken 63 shots with in 10 feet! He doesn't drive to the rim even when he is close to the rim he shoots a fadeaway. Morris also doesn't have a post game unless you count him posting up his man 18 feet away from the rim to shoot a contested guess what... mid range jumper which take half the shot clock to set up.

I'm not chastising anyone, just like the Drummond post up stuff, just because Morris gets the ball or play ran for him doesn't mean settling for poor shots is ok.

The team has been a elite defensive team with Harris in the starting line up he ain't good but he's isn't killing the defense the only guy doing that is Reggie. And to end it Morris is/had a good stretch of games and Tobias has been slumping but it still doesn't change the fact Tobias is a much better offensive option.

With Harris, we also have our likely only guy that can drive and get to the line for FTs too. He makes defenses pay with his relative first quick step, and if he's going up against a slower PF, it's basically a free 2 points with TH driving to the rim. He's always averaged 3 to 4 FTA per game which is solid for a big guy like him. This is why I like the firepower of Leuer and TH starting even though I understand Blkbrd's point about Mook providing defensive presence, but as long as TH isn't in the realm of terrible as RJ is, I think we can suffer a bit on defense while opening up our offense with two smart players in TH and Leuer at the helm. I really liked it when Mook wasn't playing the preseason and Leuer started, that's where TH really shined as our best scorer since it opened up so many options for him to score without Mook manning down one of the strongside or weakside baselines for his patented postups.

He also was known as a very good cutter back in his ORL days, but since our offense limits those cutting due to Dre clogging up paint with his post ups, we don't do it.
