I'd rather have Gary Harris to be honest.

That's fine we can swap those 2. I'm fine with either of those 2 SG's for the bucks.

The nuggets have their own big man log jam they're not trading for Noel.

Embiid said he "loved (the ovation for Noel). He's my best friend on the team. I'm really happy for him. He's been working his (butt) off. I thought he should've played more."

I just want to see them play together, that's all I've wanted to see while Simmons is out is how Embiid plays with the other bigs.

I would have preferred the Okafor pairing to not be so forced, but I got to see it and it seems like it could work situationally. Now I want to see the pairing with Noel.

Sixers cut out everyone else and deal direct with Nuggets - Noel for Harris and Barton.

I agree but I think we need a real coach here that knows how to take advantage of each players skill sets and weaknesses. BB has shown he can't do it at all, BC should get a vet coach in here asap before trading any of these guys.

I definitely think Embiid and Noel can work together on the floor as they both are athletic enough to stay in front of guards/forwards.

If embiid single handedly keeps Noel here and gets him paid while getting jah moved it will be legendary.

even embiid can see that noel is much better than okafor and that the pairing has the making of a legendary defense...i just hope embiid flexes his political muscles and trade okafor in favor of noel

Bucks get a major prospects upgrade--Harris' value right now is much much higher than Vaughn's--and Amir for Monroe seems like a roughly lateral move. This is basically stealing value from other teams so the Bucks can cash in some nickels for a quarter.

Amir for Monroe isnt really a lateral move. Its a salary dump. Amir is an expiring contract, I believe. The Bucks should have to pay to get rid of Monroe, not get back value.

Monroe will opt out unless he gets hurt.

I was being generous, trying to get the Bucks fan to see why the move was obviously slanted in MIL's favor. Reasonable people could make a case for both sides of Amir-Monroe (even if I'd prefer Amir now, including contract situation), but Harris-Vaughn is not remotely close to an open question. Even granting max leeway, Monroe over Amir isn't close to a big enough sweetener to make Harris-Vaughn reasonable.

I won't lie, I'm loving these new developments on the Noel front.
