Ouch! So this is a really brutal 10 game stretch here. I'm not sure we are going to win any to be honest. Some reason though, I think we'll win a couple. Probably the Heat and Mavs for me.
Mavs and Heat look to be the only winnable here on paper but you never know. I went with 3 but I've been slightly high each time so it will probably be 2.
I agree with this. The Mavs have been playing better lately. When they are healthy, their starting lineup is pretty decent. Wes Matthews has been great defensively this year.
I noticed earlier today Barnes' #s are almost identical to Warrens for the season per 36, except for steals. Williams can still be good, and Bogut a good rim protector. Dirk a tad better than Chriss if he is healthy.
When asked how Fascism starts, Bertrand Russell once said: "First, they fascinate the fools. Then, they muzzle the intelligent."
If nothing changes with our current playing/coaching style/capability, I'd stay with our current record of 3 wins for every 7 losses--at best. 2-8 is completely attainable, though, if we try hard enough!
I think we will be underdogs in all but the Heat and Mav games...and even those spreads will likely be 2-3 pnts. Now it's the time to swing a few trades. Expectation will be low afterward and McD can justify an extensive losing streak to set up the lotto disappointment.
