J.R. Smith Out 12-14 Weeks Following Surgery On Thumb

J.R. Smith will miss the next 12 to 14 weeks after undergoing surgery on his broken right thumb.


Smith suffered the injury against the Milwaukee Bucks this week.

One more reason the Cavaliers did not want to pay him. Kobe needed surgery on his finger in a preseason game, he played the year and had the surgery after the season. He taped his fingers together. This guy is a pussy, he has no problem taking the big money, but won't man up and earn it.

Kobe was also the only chance his team had at making the playoffs.
Better to have a healthy role-player come playoff time than one who hinders the team over the next 6 months.
Cleveland has no shortage of replacements here.
