Good win tonight, seems like the first W on Christmas in forever. Clippers were without CP3 and Blake Griffin, but still, it feels like the tide is turning in Laker land. That much closer to being a respectable team again. Salute and Merry Christmas.

Merry Christmas Lakers fam, real nice to get this win. No big game from tiny dawg but I was very happy with his play tonight. I loved his tenacity.

Finally the curse is over, good win despite the fact that their two best players didn't play. MerryXmas everyone and let's hope for a better 2017 for our Lakers!

JC still on his usual thing. I see his problem is that he's playing on a constant, out of control, fast pace that he forgot he was shifty and cunning with the ball. Hence, running on 5th gear always, making it hard for him to do other things.

Just watched it on the DVR. Clippers without their top 3 players and we closed the deal after some shakey play by the second unit. Defensive intensity was as good as I've seen all year. Even Russell was active. Without Lou and Young we'd be in serious trouble. Every big bucket comes from one of them.

Moz was shooting well and active on the defensive end. Not terribly effective but active. Ingram is still shooting which is good but still not having a lot of success. When he drives I cringe thinking someone is going to break him in half.

Maybe this win can ingnight the team in playing defense for more than a stretch or two. That was the difference in the game (aside of Paul, Griffen and Redick being out).

He's really struggling to find his early season rhythm again. You're exactly right...he's stuck in 5th gear. It's an old coaches saying and I'm an old coach.... let the game come to you. He's forcing everything all the time right now.

He does do a few things well like rebounding....heck him and Larry might be even there. Scoring is a push but LO is certainly better on D.

But I have faith he will play well...this is his time to show he can stick and maybe play his way into a 2-3 year deal.

He's a Tasmanian Devil on the boards. He's also pretty good with the lay-up from 15.....

Couldn't have said it better....JC is wasting all his movement just to still take a lot of bad shots. He's over working himself when he shouldn't really have to, JC can beat 95% of the guys at his position off the dribble all day if he knew the spots he wanted to get to on the floor. His problem is he doesn't know where he wants to go hence the "wasted movement".

Congrats on the win, Lakers fans! Be patient with Deng. You'll love him when you reach the playoffs. You still have a chance.

Good luck!
