Give him tenure. Let him die as the Wizards GM in 30 years

Agreed. We will have to offer him a lucrative deal to keep him.

I guess Snyder could decide he was tired of having competent football people in the front office and hire EG.

Is Billy King still around somewhere?

Which is why we need to do a panic signing to bid against ourselves and extend Ernie RIGHT THIS SECOND.

30 years, $2.3B should do it.

It will be two years so that it will give Wizards hope that he will be let go next time his contract is up until he gets his next extension.

That's $76,666,667 per year. That's like the Sixers, the Beast, and the Neighbor of the Beast. End of Days!

Looks like Lebron and Draymond are the best GMs in the league. Lebron...got Lebron in cleveland then re-signed him. Plus got all of the players he wanted and if Lebron wanted Wade ...he would have had him- Draymond got Durant...with a whisper at the WCF. So if these two men are not available, i think Erines job is safe indefinitely. I thought Charlotte had a good GM and Boston too...both are off limits to us :(

Erine till death do us Part! Sooooooo i wont be attending any home games1
