the 3pt stat isnt that surprising. we have pretty terrible defenders besides 3 or 4 guys.

some of that is "dig dig dig " cliff doesn't think our bigs can guard without help, which is mostly true

Batum and MKG dig so much I'm surprised they don't have black lung.

This was a terrible loss. I believe the overall softness and lack of physicality of our bigs leads to our wings digging way too much, meaning open threes. A skilled, physical big man should be a priority for this team. of course those are not easy to come by. I also think Kemba was a bit passive this game. We needed him to be bit more aggressive.

walker hasn't looked like an all star in a good month or so. And there is no way cody is actually 7 feet tall he looked like lopez' son last night. Bad defensive moments from everyone, lamb got cooked a few times by kilpatrick and levert, walker early on was going through the motions vs lin. Just a bad loss , seasons been stocked with them.

Thank god I had the game blacked out. It was bad enough watching the replay on NBA tv I almost offd myself. I can't remember the last time we lost on a buzzer beater like that.

I think in this game, the Hornets were just unfortunate to get a hot shooting Kilpatrick and Bogdonavich, and at the same time. They put a lot of effort on Lin and Lopez, as they should, in the first half. In that half, Lin at least had to work for his points and he was trapped several times, and Lopez was contained. But when Kilpatrick and Bogs heated up in the 3rd and 4th, Lopez then established himself inside, the team got encouraged by a rocking crowd, and it was enough to have it come down to a buzzer beater. But, it is true that Batum didn't really show up enough defensively. He did offensively in some quarters, and he rebounded, but had lots of defensive lapses. It seems more the defense was just a step slow to close out shooters and had lapses in help defense, maybe more communication is needed.

John Henson?

Expand the deal to include Brogdon?

Hibbert and Sessions
for
Henson and Brogdon

They do it to get out of the Henson contract.

We do it for obvious reasons.

Would you give up our 1st to make that deal?

Ha! I was actually thinking of adding it but wondered if dropping the Henson contract would be enough to get it done.

I'd add our 2018 - likely not our 2017.

We'd also need to make sure that Mumford it ready to come up to the big show and back up Kemba - unless we think create-a-player can handle it.

I probably would as well. Two 2nds would be ideal, though.

I'd rather ship Roy than Hawes, though. Less redundancy with Henson and Hibbert is on an expiring deal, which makes him more valuable in terms of cap relief for Milwaukee.

Edit: I could see them preferring Hawes since they are kind of desperate for shooting.
