Only three TOs in the past 11 games with 2nd best AST/TO on/off court in that span.

Again, please stop doing this. Let's stop the trolling please.

Frank has better future than Ammo just because he took showers more often.

Can you imagine cliff played pj hairston over him lol?

"Gifted shooter" as long as he's inside the 3pt line.

he has good mechanics and is schemed like a good shooter. he should be over 35% on threes, i'm disappointed he hasn't gotten there yet but...he's 24 so it could happen.

Before this year I probably would've labeled Lamb a better shooter than Kemba. With that said if Kemba can become a decent distance shooter I definitely believe Lamb could if he focused on that aspect for a entire offseason to take his game to new heights.

At this moment shooting 3s is the ONLY thing that Belinelli does better than Lamb.

@catch20two no matter what anyone says jlamb is 24 and 3rd on the team in PER, there doesn't need to be a vendetta between fans of his game and mods of this forum. I understand how annoying 'player fans' are, i was here for Lin. But its weird for a promising roster piece like him not to be talked about more like he deserves more tick. Take a look how many 24 olds have as good of metrics as him, not many.

@Catch - You've been doing this stuff for years. We all know the trick and none of us are fooled. I don't understand why you continuously have to take it to this level? You can be a valuable, thoughtful and funny poster without going down this road.

First, Lamb has decent mechanics, so I don't see any reason he should be shooting 22% from 3pt. Hopefully he can slowly raise that % over the course of the year then really focus on his 3pt shooting this summer and come back with a new weapon next year.

Second, I think you are glossing over several things that Marco adds to the team. Marco is a better passer and (according to Pop) moves without the ball better than all but maybe 3 players in the league. He also keeps the ball moving on offense better than Lamb, who as Slam pointed out, can be a bit of a ball stopper at times.

Marco is excellent in pnr, even he does it rarely. he is just a smart smart vet who is probably a top 5 shooter in the nba imo. Lamb is just more talented, he can get his floater in the lane vs anybody no matter the clock, thats why his usage is so high. getting 16-20 mpg on a playoff team is perfect for him, but when he starts playing 8-12 its worrisome. i'm sure we all agree with that.

Exactly. I was just somebody that liked Lamb and thought he'd be a decent fit but the more the numbers suggest that he makes the team better all the while the more Clifford limit him and I see posters on the board try to denounce him entirely while bigging up players with lesser effects it just make me a huge advocate to stand up for Lamb.

I don't think there is a single regular poster on here that has not said good things about Lamb this season. I don't get why you guys feel like people don't like him on here.

Marco and Lamb are both great players and its a luxury having them on the bench. Last 3 games Lamb averaged around 25 MPG and has shot well and we only lost 1 of those games by a buzzer beater. It would be nice for cliff to find a way to keep him around 25 mpg when Belly comes back.

I agree. Marco being out is a big deal. He is a difference maker more often than anyone else off the bench.

Game recap from Lamar. That last vid of Frank missing a gimmie in the post vs T Johnson was particularly frustrating. He rushed it.

More from Lamar's link

http://bkref.com/tiny/c0tGz - 7-footers shooting less than 38% from field.

Not exactly an inspiring group of 7-footers.

he has 313 points on 313 shots attempted and jacks them up at a rate of 15 per 36 minutes. that's rookie Kemba level efficiency

Frank is going to be 24 in a few months and he can't consistently punish smaller players in the post despite being 7 feet tall and actually having good post moves. That has to be a really bad sign for his career moving forward. I don't really think he'll be able to add much strength at this point without killing his already seemingly dwindling mobility. Looks like we may have used a lotto pick in a stacked draft on a slightly better version of Spencer Hawes... I've been positive about Frank up until very recently and I still am not giving up on him or anything, but its getting a bit frustrating watching him miss sooo many shots.
