This is probably a reach (hopefully not by too much) but elite defensive C's are hard to come by under these restrictions so I feel like I need to lock one up--especially after picking Barkley. The low FGA's is the gravy.

He was an elite defender, highly efficient offensive player (20 ppg on 13.3 fga in the 81-82 season I'm leaning towards using.) Yeah, he should do nicely.

Marques Johnson. Was the best player on a really good Bucks team in '81, got them to 60 wins flanked by old Bob Lanier and young Sid Moncrief. Really efficient scorer, solid defensively and can play a bit of point forward.
