He played terribly offensively the whole second half, he just kept taking terrible shots and didn't get the ball to Adams and Dipo enough even though they were scoring really well earlier. That shot he took with 1:09 left when the score was 94:94 which was a long 2 contested by Giannis while Sabonis, Grant and Dipo were all open at the 3 point line was just beyond dumb.

17.6 eFG% on 54.6 USG% in the second half. 142 ORtG with him on the floor in the 1st half, 75 ORtG with him on the floor in the 2nd half.

NBA Draft Rumors: OKC Thunder thinking Giannis Antetokounmpo at No. 12? (3 years ago)

"Giannis is not someone who is thought to be ready to come over to the NBA and play next season or soon at all. I don’t want the Thunder wasting their time with him if that is the case. There are other directions OKC can go via trades that would be much more exciting for the future prospects of the franchise.

Imagine if you had Westbrook, KD and Giannis. This could be a championship team. 8-)

Things worked out for the best. He is becoming a franchise player for you guys because he has had the opportunity to expand his game. He would have been a backup for us for his first 2 years probably. We also really needed a center so I think the Adams pick was good. I don't know if giannis would have reached his potential playing here with Russ and KD taking all the shots. They probably would have tried to make him a spot up three point shooter
