Develop a firm grasp of what York wants out of his right hand man if you're shooting for that job while you're at it because MOST people who take issue with Paraag are terrible at understanding what is asked of him and the types of things he brings to an organization, good and bad.

Well if any of that involves talent evaluation or giving head coaches guides on game management, as Paraag was alleged to have done, then most fans are going to take issue with those responsibilities from a business consultant.

I thought we had an interview with Vance Joseph set up already? darn us....

Not necessarily advocating for him but we should be in the mix as well as in the mix with many available HC candidates. We are not at a place to be nitpicky. This is why I believe the GM should be handled first.

Colts now have an open HC and GM position.

Both the San Francisco HC and GM openings just got a lot less appealing.
