Bills are easily the least attractive HC opening and I don't think it's even close.
There are some valid points in the article but some I disagree with and some are short sighted.
Oddly enough the fact that they fired Tomsula and Kelly back to back and with the combination of a new GM it's probably one of the most secure jobs out there right now. You'd probably at least have 3 years before there would be any serious talks of your job being in jeopardy.
And when new coaches come in they typically have their own systems they want to install so the face they have to replace Kelly's system really isn't anything uniquely unusual.
Also a lot of people are underrating the appeal to coaches of jumping into a situation with a GM they really want to work with and having a clean slate.
The roster is barren but as long as they can find a solution to the QB spot and draft well it's really not that long of a project to rebuild the roster to relevancy. Just look at this upcoming draft in that they're going to have 9ish picks to work with and 7 of those are basically at the top of the round. In the NFL it's really not a long process to get back to being a good team as long as you have the right people in place.
