Harden is the baddest dude in the league right now. He can't be stopped on the offensive end.

My favorite player in the league not named Joel Embiid.

Actually if you ask me which Center I want for my perfect championship caliber team, I will chose Asik hands down

Don't forget 9 three pointers. Dude was drilling them with defenders in his face.

That being said, the 3-point shooting going up is good, and the explosion and scoring ability is back. He's like Wiggins in that he gives a team next to nothing besides points at this juncture, but I probably would take him over Wiggins moving forward.

Wiggins should end up as a better defender, but he's still not showing it yet with any consistency. Parker probably won't ever figure it out there, but he's going to play the 4 and has Giannis to hide him so it will be mitigated somewhat. I also have to believe Parker figures out rebounding before Wiggins so he won't hurt the team as much at the 4 like Wiggins would.

And I have more faith in Parker maintaining an ability to score, while Wiggins I'm still not sure where he tops out on that end.

Parker is a straight-up 3. BBREF has him listed as a 4 but they get positions wrong quite often. He can bully his way inside like a 4, and there are the occasional matchups where it makes more sense to have him on a bigger player (we put him on Towns recently to good effect), but his primary defensive assignment is the SF spot. He's actually more likely to slide down to the 2 than he is to the 4. At some point last season Kidd figured out that his lateral quickness on defense isn't really the issue, it's his spatial awareness.

Ideally with his explosiveness and size you want him grabbing 7-8 rebounds a game, but 6 a game for a SF isn't awful at all.

That being said a Middleton/Giannis/Embiid core would look pretty neat right now. :D

crowder would be a stellar return for okafor. but i think it has to be noel if we want him. even then its an incredible value win for philly, because noel will get paid and crowder is under contract for 4 years at ~7m per y. call me in

Jae Crowder would look horrible on this Sixers squad without a PG. Noel and Okafor are far superior players that if they played with talented guards, they would never even in a joke be linked to Jae Crowder in a straight up 1 for 1 trade.

Crowded is a far superior player than Okafor. Crowder is a two way player. I even think Crowder would fit better with us than Noel because he is a wing and woukdnget more minutes. Don't try to include Okafor with Crowder though. Let's be serious here.

Two way player? He doesn't produce enough on offense to be called a 2 way player.

Crowder would be perfect here, but yeah Celtics wouldn't do that. His contract has crazy value for what he provides.

crowder is a top-notch 3D player. low usg%, fits perfectly. more of a defender than a shooter, but he is capable and thats all that matters. (his career numbers are below avg, but shooting great this season so far)

Jae Crowder is a regular season nobody that falls totally apart in the playoffs. When the level of play increases in the playoffs, he gets exposed as the low talent overachiever that he is.

I'm so glad guys like you aren't GMs. Yall would make the Sixers organization look foolish trading Okafor from a team without a PG to a team with a PG and having his game explode while Jae Crowder comes here and turns into a poor man's Covington. :noway:

Big difference trying to figure out a better combination of what you already have vs. making a bad trade thinking that an overachiever with an All Star PG will look anything like that for your organization that doesn't have an NBA level PG while emotionally trading away a young big whose game will blossom with an All Star PG and legitimate NBA head coach.
